The property is OK, but it has a very weird regulations. Like if you want to meet someone in your room , then you have to pay 100 US dollars!!! I ll repeat 100 US dollars! Or although you have paid for two person accommodation , breakfast included and you are only one and you meet a partner at the breakfas restaurant., then they. will charge you for the breakfast og your partner....And upon check in they are giving you to sign a bunch of papers in Spanish/English language is Terra Incognita/ with all your absurd obligations.....There is No a word for your rights....

Property pros and cons: Pros- location is great, It’s always clean, nicely decor, good size bathroom, comfortable clean bed, and great view (if you get the corner studio) Cons- little loud since it’s next to main road, expensive parking fees if parked in front, sink water control was always hot (extremely hot!, Uber pick up can take more time due to one way street, expensive $100 per guests visitor fees!!! ***warning!!…My Biggest complaint: I wish I was inform prior that there be a visitor guests fee booking from Expedia. I had my personal barber came to give me a hair fur and a friend to visit for couple hours (not sex worker) before our dinner meet up with our business group and the gentleman worked front counter charged me $100 USD fee which is ridiculous!!!! ***

Lo único q deberían de cambiar es el desayuno. Todos los días lo mismo. Yo estuve varios días y ya me cansaba de comer lo mismo. Pero todo lo demás excelente

This hotel is located in the area with a lot of restaurants, everything is walkable, and they have a café directly in the hotel that has great pastries, sweets and coffee. If you get a room here, I would recommend getting a high floor. I was on floor 12 and the view was amazing.

Not sure where to start, but my stay at Urbit was great. Very well located close to great restaurants. Staff friendly and spoke English since my Spanish wasn’t the best. Breakfast was awesome. Love the fresh fruit and juices. The view from my room was amazing. I’m certainly coming back. I definitely recommend Urbit if you’re coming to visit Medellin.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’hôtel Urbit social lofts ! Le service était vraiment excellent, la chambre était encore mieux que nos attentes et que dire du restaurant de déjeuner au Roof top qui était magnifique avec un beau choix de déjeuner ! De plus, l’hôtel est situé à côté de tous les bons restaurants de Laureles qui est parmi les meilleurs quartier de Medellin! Je recommande à tous !

La visita fue para vacaciones, la ubicación es excelente tienen todo muy cerca. Los desayunos muy completos. La atención de los empleados es excelente y ofrecen buenas recomendaciones el sistema de luz excelente la habitación muy limpia

Por lo que se paga el hotel es una excelente opción. La ubicación fantástica. El restaurante en el 13 piso muy lindo y el desayuno esta bien. La gente de la recepción no se destaca por el servicio al cliente. La niña que estaba en la noche cuando llegué un poco desagradable. Lo único que no me gustó fue eso pero en general lo recomiendo y volvería con gusto. Ahhh y tengan definido si incluyen el desayuno o no porque creo que están desorganizados con eso. Yo pagué con desayuno y no me tenía en la lista del restaurante. Me tocó demostrarles. Conclusión el staff no es muy bueno.

A horrible experience (the worst we eve had). The rooms were very small and dark with no enough space to place our clothes. To make things worst, the tiny bathroom shower hot water stopped and its water pressure disappeared so we couldn't use it. I told the front desk about it and the attendant shared that they were aware of current plumbing problems. The hotel didn't offer to change the room so we couldn't shower for three days when I finally decided to check-out two days earlier since my daughter had surgery a week ago so basic hygiene was very important to us. I politely asked the hotel to refund the two days we didn't use and they simply declined and ignored my emails and WhatsApp messages after I left the building (we had to pay for another hotel so my daughter could clean-up). We candidly felt disrespected and robbed by a hotel management who plainly decided to disregard our requests just to gain a few extra dollars from their naive foreign visitors. A true shame to Medellin and Colombia.
