The negatives: 1) Don’t like the way to pay with other payment platform. Extra step caused troubles. 2) direction to the property should be to the actual address, instead of the key box address. 3)Wirrless internet is so weak that I can’t have my work done. Router is there but there is no admin password. 4) don’t like the way to ask extra for dish cleaning.

The property didn't match the pictures. Either anothet apartment or old pictures. The wifi didn't work and the host didn't respond to messages. The silverware was dirty and had to be washed before using. Lacked basic supplies like pepper or oil for cooking. The packing away from the site was an issue.

The apartment was well-furnished for our short stay and a good location, close to the water and market. I would stay here again.

Easy access to the city and most importantly both the train and bus station to get you to your next destination. Also easy to get to airport from the bus station.

Very comfortable temperature inside the apartment!

We had an extremely hard time finding the place. It felt like having to do a scanvenger hunt to find the apartment. The "pick up" location is different from where the actual apartment is. The instructions sent weren't as clear & the sauna did not work. However the place was nice and comfy, walking distance to the train station.

Checked in smoothly, got a room with gleaming equipment in a new apartment, seen the northern lights through the windows on balcony was so cozy, location is great close to every spot, would recommend everyone to stay!!

Clean, well equipped and convenient location. Arriving by train, I found it a little difficult to find initially. Found the key but despite having a rough idea of how to find the building, had a small problem locating the apartment. Perhaps more detailed instructions/map with key may help. Location an easy walk to town centre and market square as well as nearby attractions. Sauna next to bathroom was a welcome feature although, once again, clear instructions on how to operate would have been handy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

What a bizarre concept. There is no actual hotel. In fact there is no actual lobby. There was just a word on the street at the location listed where are you Open a key box, get a key, and have to drive to another location to find your apartment room. It is all very confusing and frustrating as well as taking a great deal to find the place. Once there everything was very good and clean. This was not made clear on your site and it must be done so for the future. The price was also excellent. Still it is a strange concept and very difficult to understand what was going on when I was trying to find the room.

Was a pleasant stay, with everything I needed to cook. The owner stopped by to make sure everything was fine. Just follow the email instructions and your stay will be fine.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment,right in the city centre. Parking is available all around, never had a problem finding a spot. Was there for 8 days.For the price, you will not find something better in the city.

Great apartment hotel within walking distance to almost everything. Only downside was that there was no hair dryer.

Balcony was nice, though it was too cold to sit there.

An appartment so you pick up the key in a locked box then you're on your own. Fairly large appartment, full kitchen and separate bedroom. Good WiFi. Very clean and close to everything. Quiet area.

Asunto oli siisti ja mukava ja hyvällä paikalla. Ainut miinus oli, että kirjautumisohjeet tulivat pari tuntia myöhässä ja pääsimme siksi sisään myöhemmin kuin olimme suunnitelleet.

Hotellin kuvat majoituksesta ovat hienoista ja moderneista asunnoista. Meidän ei ollut sellainen. Sijainti oli hyvä, sisäänpääsy onnistui hienosti ja hinta oli kohtuullinen. Mainoskuvissa olleet huoneistot olivat kuitenkin eri vuosituhannelta kuin se minkä me saimme. Minun opiskelija-asuntoni joskus sata vuotta sitten oli tasokkaampi kuin tämä.

Hyvä ja siisti asunto. Plussaa nopeasta tavasta kirjautua yöaikaan.
