I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level.

It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday.

Une étape dans Cilaos pour un périple à la réunion, seul hôtel du séjour mais pas déçu par la qualité et la situation de l’hôtel avec mention spéciale au goûter ! Des crêpes délicieuses à la confiture d’ananas !!!

Le personnel, surtout à l'accueil, est très serviable et aimable. La chambre, dans son style rustique, est charmante.

Nous avons pris le diner une raclette copieuse et le PDJ tres copieux avec jus orange frais oufs brouilles becon fruits

Accueil soigné et chaleureux, personnel très sympathique. La chambre est dans le style de l'hôtel, charme de l'ancien avec le confort moderne

Hôtel charmant situé en plein centre-ville. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Il y a un parking ce qui est un vrai plus vu la configuration de la ville. Les restaurants sont nombreux autour si on ne souhaite pas prendre ses repas à l’hôtel. Une adresse à recommander.

Nous avons passer une nuit Hôtel propre et pratique vue son emplacement.

Le parking est petit Séjour agréable

L’accueil parfait. L’emplacement très pratique pour visiter et profiter de Cilaos. La taille de la chambre et ses équipements et surtout son petit balcon.

Il est bien situé.
