I'm not sure how this place could have been better. I came on a solo bird watching trip, and it was a perfect base for exploring the Yucatan. I stayed in the glamping cabin, the bed was hard foam and very comfortable. The AC worked well. And there's a strong 4G cell service. The only possible downside is that the location is right next to a highway so you get a little bit of traffic noise. Other than that, it's hard to beat a hiking trail and a cenote right there on site.

Construction meant our rooms (which are called “glamping” by the hotel meant we had to walk 5 minutes across a park to get to them. Although we were the only guests they would not move is into other rooms. The feee breakfast is just toast and coco-pops. The first around the hotel was reasonable and it least it is protected there.

This place is beautiful! Appears to be very new and well done. Cenote on the property was gorgeous and we were the only two in it when we went. Pool was lovely and clean. Forest was also really beautiful. Would definitely go out of our way to stay here again!

Lovely room superb setting and an amazing experience. Having the cenotes on the property was the highlight, they were fantastic. We arrived early well before checkin and they kindly accommodated our suitcases but unfortunately the cafeteria which was the only place to get food for miles was closed that day. It should have been opened between 9-2.00 as stated on the WhatsApp they sent us previously so we were only able to buy crisps and biscuits for lunch and tea. This was the only negative, the reception kindly ordered our taxi to return to Valladolid. We would stay again

This was a magical property with 3 cenotes on the property and a lovely walking trail around the property. Who is truly where we felt we could leave it all behind, come back to center and refill our bucket with positive vibes. Vibes. I highly recommend everything about staying here!

I loved Xuux Peek. When I go back to México i will stay here again. Google did mislead us on getting there, so if it directs you to a tiny over grown road, don't go that way. As you are heading east on 180D, right before the over pass there is a dirt road that runs along side the 180D, take that road and it leads directly to the hotel. I wish the cenotes were more full. The pool was great, the staff is great, the rooms are great. For food be prepared to bring some, or you you can drive to Valladolid which is a short drive away.

What a gem of a place! I would absolutely come back to stay for a couple more nights. I chose the “glamping” experience, but there are proper hotel rooms available (they look nice). The glamping consists of about 6 small rooms (possibly built out of a half-length shipping container?) arranged in a circular format surrounding a shower/toilet block. The whole area is dressed up to look like they’re a little more rustic than they actually are (thatched roofs, etc.) Each room is outfitted with 2 twin beds and a private sink and toilet inside (and an A/C!) and a private shower stall outside, so I never actually used the shower block. The way the rooms are arranged feels very private, and someone would have to make an effort to walk around to access/see the shower stall, so I felt comfortable taking a shower in my stall. The camping experience was cool enough, but what really makes this place special are the grounds. There are several kilometers of hiking trails winding through the forest, and along the way are several treasures to discover, including three cenotes (two open, one very cool one in a cave) and a Mayan ruin. The cenotes aren’t really set up for swimming, but the hotel’s pool looked appealing (and was warm). If you go for a hike, you will almost certainly be accompanied by Frida, the hotel’s very companionable dog. No wifi in the glamping area, but strong AT&T/Telcel service. Close to the Cuota but can be a challenge to find (hosts will send detailed directions).

We stayed in the hotel part of this property, rooms were big and clean, sheets felt like nice quality. Make sure you leave time to explore the property, there's 3 cenotes to see and the property is big and very pretty. It's pretty far off the beaten path but we thought it was worth it. We went to ek balam the next day and this property is only 30 minutes away. Breakfast is only coffee and cereal & toast (more options available that you can buy) so plan for that since there's no restaurants close by. Also Google maps is confused where the hotel is, you need to take the dirt road just before the bridge, they sent us a message before we arrived explaining how to get there. Staff was really nice, there's a swing, a tree house, and really cute area with picnic tables. Wish we stayed more than one night.

This was a lovely spacious property. The cenote caverna was magnificent. We had been traveling all day and didn't think to figure out the AC before going to bed, hence, we got cold during the night. Our sliding glass door was missing the latch, which might be a problem for some people. We felt very safe though. The birds are up early!

Voy a regresar!

Beautiful grounds of the hotel, very friendly staff. Quiet too. We were the only guests and no people visiting the cenotes. They mention a continental breakfast and that’s served in a minimalistic form: flakes and/or toast with some gelly and a cup of coffee or tea. Everything else is upsell.
