新しいホテルのようで、施設は全てピカピカでした。ただ全てテクノロジーで施設が動いているようで、エレベーター、部屋の鍵、テレビのリモコンもハイテクなのはスタイリッシュですが、そこがちょっとだけ私には不便に感じてしまいました。ロケーションはバツグンです。スタッフもとても親切でした。朝ご飯のクロワッサンとスモークサーモンのサンドイッチ、ソテーしたマッシュルーム、サラダが新鮮でとっても美味しかったです。

Welcomed us with a drink, our room was ready so we checked in early. The view from our our room was fabulous and the breakfast had a variety of selections

All the staff were very attentive and helpful. We got an inside room with no window, it was OK for one night. Great location down town.

Brand new, still some arras under construction. Bathroom was not properly ventilated. Some odours were coming from the sewage inspection lid

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Would help with anything. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The only thing I would say is they need to put a rail in the shower its very slippy. Also be aware some rooms do not have windows. But I had a lovely stay in Athens. The hotel is very close to everywhere. Also supermarket across the road

Location and cleanliness were 5 star. Everything else was 4 star. Amenities were basic.

Perfect location

This new 5 Star hotel has issues. When we checked in everything was very nice, the staff was welcoming and we got a drink while checking in. When we got to our room, 603, which was on the 6th floor it was quite hot in the room and we were shocked to see that the very small window in the room, was permanently shaded, and opened into a maintenance shaft that was closed on the top, meaning no light AND no air. The AC unit in the room blasted hot air no matter what setting we tried. We tried to call the reception to ask for a different room, but the phone in the room did not work. We were really late for a dinner so we decided to bring it up with the reception on the way out. We showered, and the condition in the room became unbearable, we had to open the door into the hallway to try to cool the room down. I went down to the reception to explain the situation and was met with a MEH, nothing we can do about it. Didn't offer us a phone number to the reception if we needed room service or anything else. That the phone didn't work was out of his hands and that this is what we had paid for. It was obvious that the staff has heard these complaints before and are instructed to insist that this is described, as the other staffer that we checked out with said exactly the same thing. It is not. There is NO indication that the room you purchase at a 5 start luxury hotel, will not have a window and feel like a dungeon. He would attempt to turn off the heat from his side somehow, so that

I want to start by saying that my overall experience at this hotel was okay. The staff was great and very friendly. We were given Room 603, which was very modern, clean, and nice. The room was small, but that was not a problem for us since we were only staying for two nights. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the places we were visiting in Athens. The main issue we experienced was that our room did not have any windows. The heater was on, and there was no proper ventilation, which made the room extremely hot. We were sweating a lot and felt very uncomfortable. We went to the front desk three times asking for help. One of the girls at the front desk was clearly frustrated but tried her best to assist us. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved right away. we even contacted Expedia, but they were waiting for the hotel manager to call us back, and no immediate solution was offered. Because of this, we decided to leave the hotel. However, just as we were ready to go, a staff member came to our room and explained to us that he needed permission from the manager who wasn't onsite to toggle the hvac controls to allow the room to receive AC,he manually adjusted the heater.we were able to get some sleep, although the temperature was still not completely comfortable. The second night was even hotter, but we managed to sleep despite the discomfort. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the lack of ventilation and the heating issue made our stay less enjoyable
