The hotel was very clean, the customer service was great and the location is near Malls, Markets and Restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

I put my girlfriend in the best hotel you had to offer. She dealt with multiple leaks, ac issues, and the Internet connection was poor. I would never recommend this to anyone, nor would I ever come back here ever again. I’m ashamed as her boyfriend that I put her there. Worst hotel exp I’ve ever seen.

This hotel is not fancy but well managed and totally decent. The location near SM Mall and LRT is very convenient.

The place is very far from the airport in a very dangerous area for tourists, where every taxi driver or tourist who passes through has to pay a toll. It's all just advertising; there are many cockroaches and not even toilet paper. Honestly, I don't recommend this place to anyone. ☹️

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean.

I like the fact is is near the mall but on a side street teaming with outdoor vendors, but very safe and fun!

初フィリピンの観光個人旅行で泊まりました。 部屋にトイレ、シャワーがあるからホテルと言うカテゴリーになるのでしょうが、ホテルと言うより簡易宿舎だと思いました。先ず部屋には窓もティッシュも無く、ドライヤーだけでも借りれないか頼んでみましたが、「無いので貸せない」との事でがっかりしました。またホテルの有る地域は、ちょっと初日本人旅行者の私達には、怖くてダークな感じの地域で、何と無く気持ちが落ちつかずリラックス出来そうに無いと思ったので、2泊予定していたのを1日でキャンセルして、他の地域のホテルに移動しました。このホテルで良かった点は、とても安いので不泊した料金が返金されなくても、さほど惜しく無かった事です。またシャワーのお湯が出ないとか、TVが観れない等トラブルは有りましたが、都度受付に言えば、対処し直してくれた事と、ホテルは駅近で、直ぐ近くに大きくてとても綺麗なショッピングモールがあり、食事も買い物も困らなかた事です。また、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで優しく親切で愛らしかったです。ホテルをキャンセルして他のホテルに移動すると伝えたら、グラブタクシーを予約してくれたのも助かりました。ホテル選びでは、宿泊料が安すぎたので心配は有りましたが、クチコミ評価が高かったので、こちらを予約してしまいました。その選択に後悔も少し残りましたが、フィリピンのリアルでディープなローカルを垣間見る体験が出来たのは、旅の思い出として良かったかなと思いました。私見ですが、他の東南アジアと比べるても、特にフィリピンはやばいのかなと感じてしました。なので特にホテル選びは慎重にするべきだと思いました。
