room was old and rusty looking. It didn't appear clean. I was cautious to touch anything or surfaces for fear of getting contaminated

Very nice Hotel to stay, the customer service was superb, nice and clean environment

The staff services is very poor

Overall satisfactory...staff very friendly, hotel itself very dated.
