We choose the hotel for its close proximity to the airport. When we arrived just before midnight we found the night staff less than helpful. The included breakfast was poorly serviced with dirty tables throughout, an empty coffee pot and empty water dispenser. We did enjoy sitting in the covered patio area while we ate. The shuttle was cheaper than taxi. It also felt a bit tired.

All great for the price! Well maintained and clean. Very good beds! Anything you ask, they fix. Shuttle bus is easy to spot!

The room was clean, and so is the bathroom, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Those are all important to us. I was happy to find a place that could accommodate three adults in one room. They're very close to the airport which was what we needed, they provide shuttle service back and forth for a fee which was important. They also serve breakfast, it was pretty good. They have a restaurant there so they can accommodate you if you come in later in the evening as well, and the food was good. My only issue was with the booking part of it. I booked it through Expedia obviously, and generally speaking it's paid up front. But that was not the case here. That being said the exchange rate was different, so obviously the price ends up different. And there was a little bit of miscommunication in terms of arranging for the transportation back and forth. When I got there I said I would need transportation back to the airport, I thought I paid for it at that time but then I had to pay for it the night before we left. So that isn't an issue it's just a miscommunication.

Room was as advertised. The breakfast was nice, especially appreciated the eggs, yogurt and veggies and the fact that there was gluten-free bread. Easy to get to and from airport on the public bus.

Good solid one night airport stop over. Good shuttle service. Comfortable room. Nice people. Shower was below average and shower door broken and kept falling off the runner. Breakfast was ok, not very kid friendly. No toaster… ??

A nice, small, personal hotel. Breakfast available from 3:30 am, and very early airport shuttle service available.

Being located close to the airport with early airport transport and breakfast made me choose this location. There was an annoying dripping leak of the showerhead and the curtains weren't long enough to block out the bright light from outside. But the room was very clean and Roman at reception was super nice which counts for a lot. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The rooms are clean and the bed/pillows were suitable. The breakfast options were above average. Our room was very small with just the bare essentials.

Rustic charm

They claimed at checkin that I did not have a reservation even though I had communicated with them online about my arrival time and they said they were looking forward to welcoming me. I showed my reservation and they showed me their system where I had my reservation. I had originally planned to stay 2 nights but my travel plans changed. Quite in advance I had cancelled the room for 2 nights and updated to a room for 1 night. This all showed on their computer. They seemed to have known because there was already a bed set up in an office space so I slept with a table, protector, a bunch of office chairs. No mirror to get dressed. I had to use the staff bathroom and then walk through the check in area and down to the basement floor to use a small shared shower. They should have offered me a free night they decided just to give me a shuttle ride free? There is no lock on the door. I think it is a bit ridiculous - the proper thing to do would be to apologize for their error and find me a suitable room at a local hotel not have me sleep on a bed in an office space. The check in people were friendly enough but being very cheap to think $8 free ride was worth sleeping in an office. No mirror to get ready in the morning - I can take a shower but no where to hang the towels. I don’t know what they were thinking, but this is not meeting a quality of service I would expect. The fault was entirely on the part of the hotel, and I assume that they treat guests from Hotels.com like this.

Nice people, clean room, close to the airport. I have stayed here twice, and the only hitch (each time) was the pickup at the airport. The first time I called and pressed the number 1 for pick-up. When nobody came after 20 minutes, I called again and the driver was irritated that I hadn't given him ample time to pick me up. The second time I needed pick-up, I called, pressed 1, and waited almost an hour at the airport before I called again and hit 2 to speak with an actual person. Then I got picked up. My advice would be to call and press 2 to speak with a person regarding pickup. The location is close to the airport, but not actually close to anything like shops, eateries, etc... Just now that ahead of time.

Staff really helpful and have a good shuttle service to airport. Rooms very basic (expected for price) but walls and floors are paper thin so can hear a mouse fart in the next room. No vegan food options in restaurant and could not accommodate a vegan meal

Convenient if you have an early flight..

They charged for the supposed free shuttle service . The room was supposed to be pre paid by through hotel.com . Be ware that they will charge for airport and pick up when you book through Hotel.com . So any savings you think you made are not real . Be aware of that .
