This was my second time at this property and it was even better than before. The staff and property managers are amazing at communication and make everything beyond easy. The room is spacious and exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to come to Cabo, I’ve told many people about The Mistiq! I’ll definitely be back soon!

It does not have paved access, poor cleaning of the apartment.

Mistiq was an amazing place to stay and it offered lots of amenities. The architectural design was amazing along with the amazing view of Cabo city. I loved it here and would stay there again and again.

We had a great stay at Mistiq! Beautiful view if the ocean and skyline, 2 pools, and a very spacious condo with 2.5 bathrooms. We would definantly stay here again!

Spacious property, however floor wasn’t cleaned nor mopped . The wifi did NOT work. We tried to communicate, however not 1 person messaged us back. It was Awful service. Tub upstairs wasn’t very clean. Not equipped at all, from hair dryer to cooking pots. Had an awful stay!

Housekeeper coming in while we were gone and stole money

This place was so beautiful -- we spent so much more time than I ever would've expected on the balcony overlooking the view, as well as in the giant hot tubs and in the pool. Gorgeous place, great location (.8 miles from Costco, just another half mile or so to a Walmart, and another great grocery store was less close by the other direction.)

I had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Mistiq Los Cabos. the space was clean, sharp and well furnished. We had a perfect time with unique atmosphere and great views.

No key, always had issues entering the room

It’s a very nice clean property with nice views. It’s literally off the beaten path a little bit, but quiet and safe.

Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and the low price. Go elsewhere. You will regret it if you chose this. There is so much dust that my nose was bleeding and I felt like I was breathing dust of cement. Constant hammerting. Unit not cleaned after construction. Kitchen cabinets are empty, not well equip. Asking for a simple toaster was too complicated for Rodolfo.

The condo itself was perfect! Very large modern space that was very clean. Nice pools and amazing view of Lands End....sitting on the balcony every morning was amazing! My only issue is the communication. Not sure if it was the messaging system from Hotels.com or the property management company, but I did not receive any check in instructions prior to arrival. That was concerning as this is a condominium complex and there is not front desk. Almost thought I might have to find another place but fortunately found someone to help with check in. Other than the communication issues, the condo was great!

Beautiful new building(s). Our suite has a HUGE rooftop patio with private seating and cold plunge tub with a terrific view of the property and lands end. Gym, pools(unheated) and facilities were all super clean. Rodolfo was very professional, helpful and responsive. Sheets on two beds had blood on them: maid must have had a small cut on finger?? When we pointed this out, Rodolfo promptly had somebody come to remake the beds. We had to buy the consumables: water, dish & laundry soaps, paper products and propane for BBQ - only to find that the hose didn’t fit the tank. Service tech showed up unannounced to work on the tub (building is nearing completion so this is a temporary issue) Overall a 8/10 experience. Building is brand new so the kinks are being ironed out. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Muy bueno, el lugar esta bien diseñado con acabados bonitos. Solo mejoraria un poco la comunicacion con la administracion para solicitudes. (Uso de jacuzzi, entre otros)
