Excelente servicio de parte de el staff del hotel, empezando con la señora Gabi y Julio y demás con su excelente servicio al cliente, asegurándose de que todo estuviera a la altura, la comida, la habitacion son increíblemente buenas.

We loved our stay at Casa Emilia. The whole place feels calm and welcoming, like a little retreat in the middle of the city. The rooms were super clean and well designed, and the courtyard was a peaceful spot to hang out and relax. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home and had great suggestions for places to eat and explore. Breakfast was fresh and really tasty every morning. The location is great. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still close enough to walk to Roma, Condesa, and lots of good restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back. The vibe is warm, stylish, and easygoing. A great spot for anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff was so friendly. The hotel interior was so unique. My husband and I won’t forget it.

The place is very cozy, with an amazing location and friendly staff. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator or air conditioning, so take that into consideration if those are essential for you.

Nice stay, great location. Room and bed was a bit small but charming and cosy. A bit too hot, and unable to have the windows open due to street noise

This boutique hotel is so personable. All the staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed the breakfast every day. The rooms are so comfortable and each with a unique design. We will definitely stay there again.

This place is STUNNING!! I would definitely stay here again! Staff are super nice, breakfast is fantastic, rooms are beautiful and clean and bed is comfortable, interior design and architecture is super nice. The nature and birds you hear all day outside your window is so nice! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! Word of advise for anyone English speaking...leave your privileged attitude at the door and learn to speak their language! It will do you some good! You are in their country after all! While I give this place a 5 star, my only draw back is the communication in reaching the hotel. I was calling, texting emailing, AND even got Expedia to call and email them 1.5 weeks prior leading up to 2 hours before my flight took off to let them know my check in time was going to be 2.5 hours late because their cut off time is 11pm. Could NOT get ahold of anyone with no response or communication back from the hotel and Expedia had no luck in reaching them so I took a chance. I got on my flight and arrived at 1am in the morning and luckily I was able to get in. Though I think I disturbed security, I felt bad but was able to still get in. If you are booking your flight make sure you arrive BEFORE the 11:00pm check in time.

This Is the most serene space we could have ever stayed in!!!!! The staff was incredible and so was the beautiful property! Felt super safe and was well fed each morning!!! 10/10 no complaints, above and beyond! Excited to check out their sister hotel!

Rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. Great location walking distance to restaurant , shops and cafes. Great hospitality. Will definitely stay here again.

I am sure others who stayed there in differnet rooms probably have differnet experience than mine. The staff and the property are five stars. It's a tiny cute boutique b&b. VERY well decorated. However, this b&b is not a 4 start hotel as the description of the hotel on Google maps or on traveling sites. I would rate it as a 2 star hotel. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The towels, sheets, the cleaness of the bathroom are 2 stars... My room (room number 1) did not have a secure front door. It was a glass sliding door like a patio sliding door..not a sturdy one. It was very flimsy. My room was the only room located on the groundlevel straight from the main entrance of the hotel, which is kind of insance that they installed the glass flimsy door for the room and rent it out to guests.. The curtains for the slinding door did not even close all the way so i had to clip the curtains for privacy.. The bed was right next to the door. The room was very very very tiny. No windows. The room had a terrible mildew and mold smell, and there were many spots of black mold in the bathroom and the shower. I had to run the shower and the bathroom fans/lights overnight, still SO humid and SO musky.. The shower didnt drain well. I had to take quick shower to not flood the room.. It was that bad.. I requested the cleaning service for one day during my stay mainly for the nasty shower booth, but they didnt clean the shower..

Very nice boutique B & B in a very convenient location

We had a great stay here. Our room had a nice design and was clean. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and accommodating- we arrived at 2am and they were up to receive us. The neighborhood was really walkable. Overall we loved our stay.

Oh wow was my stay at Casa Emilia absolutely amazing from beginning till the end. I loved the friendly staff that immediately greeted me and helped me with my bags upon my arrival. Quick and easy check in and I was immediately amazed the moment that I walked in by the architecture, modern but peaceful aura. My room was beautiful and I was in absolute bliss the entirety of my stay. I can't wait to be back and enjoy another stay here. Casa Emilia staff, you are all absolutely amazing and so welcoming!

Truly amazing experience in a quaint and peaceful B&B thanks to Julio and the staff for making it memorable. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed made to order breakfast every morning and tidy rooms. Verandah and terrace are very cozy to hang out and is close to all popular areas. Must stay!

I felt like I was at home, there two ladies that made me feel comfortable, this place is very quite, it feels so nice to be surrounded of so many plants inside the house, the breakfast was really good too.
