The stay was incredible! The front desk guy that checked us in super informative as it was our first time in Holbox. The hotel is super clean and amazing food at the restaurant. The front desk helped me schedule the tour at night and we had a blast. We will be back soon Holbox!

The hotel was beautiful

Great place to stay at in Holbox, the beach out front of the resort was perfect. The pool with a view of the beach was also amazing. Breakfast every day in front of the beach was a huge perk. I’d stay here again my next visit to Holbox.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. We had booked 3 standard rooms and they were perfect. The rooms and their bathroom and all facilities are clean and updated, all of the food and cocktails that we had were great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Both pools are nice and just a short crossing of the road to the beach and chairs also there. It is within a mile and usually less to anything that you would need to walk, bike or taxi to. This was my 4th visit there and would easily book the same place again. Some nice things to know is you have beach towels in the room and they will change them out daily or anytime at the front desk. There is a small refrigerator in the room that we used. There are a couple of bars and super mini and atm within a short walk.

Breakfast not good

Always my favorite place to stay in Holbox. Staff is amazing and the property is spotless. .

Location: awesome , near everything but far enough away too Staff: awesome, very helpful at all levels and functions Weather: awesome Food: good. Breakfast Buffett was decent. Good way start the day. Only super minor complaint would be the acoustics of the hallway on ground floor really carried sound. Likely carpets with all the sand pulled from beach by hotel guests would be a nightmare but if I had one thing I’d try to change, that be it. Other than that, five stars. Five happy stars. Excellent!

Pretty and clean property. The hotel is on a quiet stretch of beach, about a 15-20 minute walk into town. The rooms are large and clean, but not very soundproof. Bring a sound machine! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the pools were clean, and the sunsets stunning!

My Blue Hotel was the perfect place to relax for our family. Our room was cleaned daily. Additionally, we had a breakfast buffet with plenty of healthy and delicious options. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. We were right in front of the beach with beach loungers. All hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a great stay here. We weren't really sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised, our room overlooked the pool and the ocean. My only feedback for those who want quiet would be to get a room in a different location, the music and taxis can be loud. Some notable staff members: Daniel, Max and Limberth; thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Room was very big but there was no chair to sit. Balcony was nice. I wish the room had coffee and tea.

Incredibly clean and calm

The staff was very good to deal with. Pride in the property was evident, from workers tending to the property, the senior level employee or boss asisting with beach clean up in the morning. The location is centrally located between town and mosquito beach. The afternoon cocktails were excellent. The pina coladas might be the best we have had. The appetizers were delicious and would recommend (tuna, ceviche, fish croquets). If I were to offer one suggestion it would be for the use of the falcon birds used in Cancun to deal with the sea gulls. The sea gulls were persistent every morning.
