This place is amazing. From the staff to the beach. Perfection

I’m not sure we have stayed at a cleaner resort. Even the bathrooms by the pool always felt like they had just been cleaned. The staff were friendly and attentive and the beach was much cleaner and well kept than those adjacent to us.

The ambiance is not only very fresh and friendly but also extremely nice personnel and very professional. I will repeat without a doubt

They charge more when you go to pay as you have to pay for their exchange rate. Very shady business!

Breakfast is awful. The new year Eve's dinner was of low quality given the high price paid for it. The champagne shown in the counter was reserved for the staff. No drink was included in the meal. Wi-fi is unstable. The place is very remote vis-a-vis the center of the village.

Beautiful beach, nice and spacious room, friendly staff.

We have stayed here before, the rooms are lovely, a great beach and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The one complaint is that the main pool was out of action for the whole week of our stay. It was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel a second time. There was no offer of recompense for the inconvenience.

The resort itself is super clean, staff is friendly, and property is well maintained.

Overall, the hotel is good to excellent. However, the breakfast buffet needs significant improvement. Almost every morning, the 'hot' buffet section food was cold. Sometimes there was butter for toast, other times there was not. Pancakes were served, but nothing provided to put on the pancakes (maple syrup for example). We have stayed at other hotels in Holbox with breakfast buffets, and this buffet was the worse. Other than that, the hotel is excellent.

Everything perfect, super attentive personal and beautiful installations. They do the best to keep the beach clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at My Blue Hotel. We liked the fact it was not in the main town being in a quiet area on the beach. The 15 minute walk to the main town area was good exercise. The rooms were perfect and the hotel provided everything we needed. The staff were excellent and never stopped working to keep everything spotless. The breakfast was substantial but if you arrived late in the breakfast session the hot food was starting to go cold as the spirit burners underneath had gone out, the breakfast team needs to re-light these as and when they fail.

The property is great located - 15 minutes walk from the town and away of noise and busy streets. I had some issues with my room door but the staff took care of it immediately. Once in Holbox, I was looking around for another hotel for my future visits but I think this is a great option for me. I am planning to take my husband back very soon. Service is great, beach is right there, vendors offering you mangoes, empanadas, and souvenirs. Ahh yes, the dogs at the beach, totally unleashed! The whole laid back Mexican experience. To the hotel management I would like to recommend to keep maintaining your facilities. They are great in the correct spot with amazing staff !!!

The rooms are very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Conveniently located to downtown. Wish we could stay longer.

Beautiful Island of Holbox .. Must see with your own eyes .. Nice sandbar to walk evey morning .. NO CARS .. Paraiso 💖
