The property is very clean. The staff are very courteous, professional in dealing with their customers, exert their best efforts to make their customers feel at home away from home. We will stay here again on our nest trip.

Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel. Location was convenient. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. The front desk and the hotel staff were very welcoming, attentive, friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good though we found service at their Chinese restaurant and ala carte at the Filipino restaurant to be slow. Otherwise overall service from hotel and staff during our 3-night stay was excellent.

The room we had was spacious and newer but it definitely needs a dehumidifier as it smells moldy when you come in. Very unpleasant for 4 nights. The staff was nice and breakfast was substantial.

It was stressful at check in.

the hotel is at the enter of the city, accessible transportation. However, they don't go with the kind of room you booked. Room were not ready and have to negotiate till you agreed to upgrade. Likewise, front desk staff doesn't act immediately.
