We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cruz Verde. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location is great, close to all the major attractions and very walkable. Johan and his father were very helpful and accommodating, offering recommendations for restaurants nearby and making packed breakfast when we had early morning guided tours. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very comfortable and nice but it is in a bit of a sketchy area. The staff told us not to walk to the right after exiting the hotel

Can not recommend this hotel enough! We stayed there for 3 nights and experienced nothing but friendliness and the best service. We had a couple of very early start and received great breakfast bags to go. The rooms are large and very nice as well as clean! Top place!!!

Small room but very cute hotel. Customer service was top notch and the breakfast was the best I’ve had so far. Lovely experience.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Safe place to stay. Clean. Good breakfast. Welcoming cocoa tea given to help with possible altitude sickness. Noisy heater. Needed humidifier. Would like towel hooks and place to put bathroom toiletries. Located near Plaza De Armas and can be noisy at nights but excellent access to many key attractions.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent service from the owner and his son. We only stayed one night, but wish we booked a longer stay. A little hard to find, as there is no sign. Otherwise, location is perfect. For the money, this is tremendous value.

I had a wonderful staff. This family staff really take time to care for you, whether with safety of the locked entrance and letting you in, making you fresh coco tea for altitude acclimation, or fresh made breakfast. My room fit my needs and gas a wonderful shower. Don’t miss out on breakfast.

The host family is truly amazing. Very welcoming, friendly, and super accommodating (we had two early morning departures before 6am) and on both days they pre-packed our breakfast to go ❤️

My stay here was amazing. The room was very clean, had great wifi, and the shower was hot! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, and breakfast in the morning was awesome. I felt very safe as well, the hotel was locked at night and the 24/7 staff let me in and out whenever I wanted. Highly recommend if you need a relaxing night from the busy city. I stayed one night but I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Not quite what we were expecting but it turned out to be a fantastic stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not clearly marked on the road and the neighboring business could not even tell us where to enter. We arrived at night , which made it even more difficult. Conveniently located a few blocks from the plaza. Plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery and pharmacy around the corner. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and spacious and the balcony was a nice plus.

We had a lovely stay here for several nights. Johan, Jose, and Marjorie are excellent hosts and were very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and on days we had to be out early they provided a very nice boxed breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance of the main square and other attractions. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing hotel. A little hidden but the staff was friendly and spoke English. We didn’t try the breakfast because of time but they did offer a to go breakfast option. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is charming and the staff is great. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Slight inconveniences is the property is part of an overall commercial building so your access to enter the bldg during very early and very late hours must work around the staff letting you in & out. They ask you control the water use and leave lights & a/c off when not needed. All understandable but many people don’t to feel controlled by basic essentials in a hotel.

Super little place with the nicest folks running it. Very central, safe and close to Plaza de Armas. Rooms were big and nice. Breakfast was fab. The family running the place takes the cake. They really take care of you. Would happily go back again.

Best hotel for all things Cusco. Everything is walkable and the owners will give you options for restaurants and food to try. The hotel owners are amazing and will make you feel like family. The rooms are well decorated and a good size. Breakfast is made to order and you get lots of food. They also offer a brown bag breakfast for early morning tours.

Great room and wonderful breakfast. The only drawback is that it a challenge to find it. There is a big green door that locked after a certain time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely friendly and kind staff. We had to leave very early in the morning and they prepared very nice to-go breakfast for us which included a variety of items. Very modern renovation and great condition. The room was very clean and cozy. Thank you so much to the guy that stayed there all day at the front desk welcoming us with kindness and hospitality in the morning and so patiently waiting for us to come back and open the door for us at night. We spread the words to all our friends and recommended this place to everyone around us who’s planning to travel to Cusco. Will definitely come back the next time we go as well!
