This is the best place after going thru a nightmare in another hotel this place was our heaven! HOT WATER! WARM BED ROOM! very nice staff we never got to try the breakfast but they made a box for us to take. Is a beautiful and clean place. For more details go to my insta @sylviadxplorer

Property was amazing, but noisy during the night as the poeple arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night. Overall good, but not amazing.

I enjoyed my stay at Estancia San Pedro. The staff was very friendly and attentive. For my 4am hike departures the hotel provided a sack lunch and breakfast on the days I did not hike was simple and delicious. It can get loud in te courtyard if you try to go to bed early, but nothing loud past 10pm. I would stay here again.

We stayed one night and got in late. The staff was nice. the room was clean but old. It sounded like our bathroom vent was connected with someone else as we could clearly hear everything happening in that bathroom from our bed. We checked out very early didn’t spend much time there.

Great clean hotel. Great staff. 3 min walk to the train station - perfect location.

Our hotel stay was excellent. Breakfast was superb and the hotel staff were super accommodating. The only issue was to much light came in from outside the room during the evening hours, and there are no curtains in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice environment though the walls are thin. It seems everyone was also is up early for activities so it didn’t bother me.

Liked the hotel and returned to the same one after my Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu :)

Excellent service & value

The staff here are super friendly, accommodating and helpful. We especially appreciated the packed breakfasts for at 4am when we had early outings. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!

The staff was very helpful and the beds were nice. The hotel is close enough to walk to the plaza de armas but far enough to be quiet. The night clerk was extremely helpful when some other guests were very loud very late, it was much appreciated!

We stayed in three bedroom room. The room was clean and was in good shape. I asked to stay in a quiet room but our room was on the bottom floor next to the interior courtyard and in an area where the hotel staff could be heard having a conversation. We could hear people speaking in the courtyard, smell smoke from the cigarettes, and the light from the courtyard came through the windows until late. The hotel should at least put thicker curtains on the widows to block out the light from the courtyard for this particular room. I imagine the other rooms would not have such a problem. If you are light sensitive or have an early wake up and need to go to sleep early (as we did) I would recommend making sure you do not book this room.

Everything was great except the hot water. Staff were very attentive and they even pack your breakfast if you have an early tour. There was no hair dryer in the restroom and the hot water was intermittent.

Tuvimos problemas con varias cosas: nos cobraron 5% adicional al precio que nos dio hotels ya que pagamos con tarjeta, nunca nos avisaron de esto. Las personas del front desk no son nada amables ni dan información. La habitación tiene los siguientes problemas: el baño se innunda ya que el desague es malo, las camas se hunden en el centro y además se escucha todo, hasta donde las personas de la par abren o cierran el llavín, cuesta demasiado descansar

Worth the money. Very friendly staffs, good free breakfast and san pedro shopping is walkable. We really enjoyed this place and we will book again.
