Cute apartment set up and wonderful welcoming gift! They have a laundry machine which was AWESOME.

Stayed at Haws Liboa for a week with a family of 5. It was the perfect location - easy access to the metro and to the train station. Small market across the street for easy essentials and the neighborhood was quiet. Very walkable to great restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Great place to stay. 3 bedroom apartment is spacious. Nicely decorated. Had a very comfortable stay. Metro short is a short walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t fault the place or service. It was great all in all and we all loved it. The apartments are tastefully decorated and the location is super convenient to get to the centre walking.. with the addition of some local hidden gems. The staff were super helpful throughout.. the apartment kitchen is well equipped and there is a Lidl 2 minutes away.

Perfect spot for our stay in Lisbon. Clean, safe and within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and attractions.

It was incredible! The staff was super helpful. Someone was available 24hrs a day. The location was an easy walk to most places. The room and views were great! Wished i was staying longer

We just completed a 5 day stay at HAWS and it was wonderful. There were 6 of us in one of their large suites and we had a great time. Details: Property: Our room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Seems like the property has been newly renovated. We had a large kitchen and all rooms were very well lit. The accommodation was much nicer than our expectations. There is also a nice outdoor seating area and rooms with conference capabilities but we didn’t get a chance to use those. Staff: very nice staff. I interacted mostly with Deborah who is so helpful and really lovely. In general, everyone is very polite and welcoming. Location: The location is just perfect. Intendente metro station is a 2 minute walk. We could walk almost everywhere: Caste, Old Alfama Square, Arc, Santa Justa lift, Liberty Avenue etc. There is a well equipped grocery store, LIDL, about a 5 minute walk. Lots of pastelarias closeby. There is a very nice rare book store about 10 minutes away (livraria castro e silva). Overall, a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to book this hotel if I am ever in Lisbon again.

Really wonderful hotel - extremely clean, beautiful decor and really comfortable.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. My family of four stayed for 1 week. The location was walkable to many places also a short uber ride to the best food and shopping. We stayed in a two bedroom that was clean, modern and had all the amenities. The water pressure was amazing. The staff and manager was welcoming and informative. The coworking space in the lobby was so cool and the complimentary coffee was a daily joy!!! If you pressed me for something to say negative I could only offer the size of the elevator which is really only big enough for two people and maybe two bags. Just send your bags up and walk!!! There is also some sound transmission between floors and hallways but never a problem. Stay here you won’t regret it.

Our little family stayed in the apartment with the private terrace. The room it self was so beautiful. It was perfect for a family. It felt so cozy and it was so useful with a kitchenette and all the essential! The staff was super friendly. There are many different services close by as well like a laundromat and a grocery store. We will definitely be returning here when we are back in Lisbon.

Convenient location

We had a great time at HAWS, a surprising and interesting boutique apartment hotel. While outside of the core city, it was easy to travel in via Bolt and most of the tours were happy to pick up and drop off from the location. The location has a Lidl very close by for basic shopping needs, and there are some eateries locally which rate well. There is the option of room service too, if too tired to contemplate anything else. While the area is a little noisy and colourful at night, the double glazing in the unit cuts almost all of the noise and the air conditioning was exceptionally good, with per room controls. The hotel apartment itself was very comfortable and had a fully usable kitchen, and the staff were always very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The reception always has cover and the team will happily provide refreshments, condiments, small household items and a little local knowledge too. There is lift access to the upper floors for ease too. While we were only 3 people, there was sleeping arrangements for 6 with the sofa bed, and with 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, no real concerns. The lounge in our unit had a tv with some local channels but the staff lent us a tv stick so we could stream tv shows as and when we wanted to. I would go so far as to say this is a hidden gem of a place, and I would highly recommend it for small groups who like to avoid the typical hotel experience. We had a lovely time there and were pleasantly surprised overall.
