This property exceeded expectations! It was so fantastic to thoroughly enjoy the quiet getaway in such cozy surroundings. The little extras (variety of teas, plump cushions, cozy throws, reading lamp and corner chair) really made us feel pampered. We enjoyed the sauna, short walk to the Main Street and variety of restaurants. Theses owners are experts in hospitality.

Cute, clean little cabin with modern amenities

The cabin is beautiful and very clean. My only complaint is the location - close to a rather busy and noisy road.

Amazing cabins, whoever designed and decorated these units did an excellent job! The furniture, the bed and the bathroom are tastefully done. The cabin is super clean and included, coffee and water bottles. I highly recommend Black Forest Cabins, didn’t want to leave to go to my next destination.

I loved this little cabin in the woods as well as the area it's in. The is a quaint little village about 3 minutes away. I would definitely come back ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at The Black Forest, despite the cold and rain. The cabin was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, but it would have been nice to have a microwave and freezer; however, we knew there wasn't either when we booked - just a comment really. We felt like we were in the woods, yet we were close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay at the Cabins again.

However, room was pristine and just exactly as described. The decor was outstanding in the space was very welcoming. It fit our needs perfectly. The setting is amazingly quiet for being very close to the road. Traffic becomes far less at night and noise was not an issue. Close to Mahone Bay and easy to access. We would use it again.

Cabins were really cute. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were great. Would have liked to have had a least a microwave to reheat food tho. Another suggestion would be a table or shelving in the bathroom to place personal toiletries on. Location was wonderful, close to shops and restaurants but gave the feeling of being away from the hustle. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The room was comfortable and the location was nice. The only issue was there was no space in the bathroom for toiletries.

Beautiful setting- love the elevated boardwalk through the trees and the fairy lights. The cabin is so new it still smells like cut wood. Very clean! Stunning interior. Will definitely stay again!

This little cabin was great! Very bright, clean and the bed was very comfy. The whole cabin felt homey, and the bathroom was large with a nice size shower. Nice to see that it is all wheelchair accessible, and it also had a nice little kitchenette. I will definitely recommend this to others and stay again. Thank you

Lovely new buildings, clean well appointed and stocked. I would request a cabin away from the road due to road noise.

The cabin was very clean and spacious. The location was great, close to restaurants and the grocery store. Check-in instructions were easy.

Was expecting an email with code for entry but they sent it through Expedia app which I was not used to. Have rented through Expedia in the past and simply showed up and they had our info Ended up driving home. Big disappointment
