Very lovely location and cool atmosphere.

No A/C and very noisy from train horns. No fridge in room. Otherwise a beautiful property

Very cool property. Beautiful landscaping. Beautiful log cabins. Very helpful staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a cabin to ourselves and was more than plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 big dogs. We will make it an annual stop on our way to the coast!

They do have bear in the area and seems they are not eager to deal with it appropriately. So it can impact travellers, safety

Ordered a two bed room and were given a 1 bedroom room. Leftover food from the previous tenants was still in the fridge. No support offered from the hotel

This is a really nice hotel with well maintained grounds and log homes. The receptionist Sina was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. The nearby lake was beautiful with trails to go for a walk. Lots of parking even tho it seamed that the property was booked out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Room had only one chair - a very uncomfortable desk chair.

A gorgeous location. The property borders on a small lake which is excellent for swimming. Canoes and paddleboards are provided for free.

We stayed during the off season in the summer Hidden gem. If you want a peaceful, quiet stay in the mountains, this is it.

Very clean room, updated bathroom, staff were friendly and helpful. Gorgeous property and view. Families are able to check out paddle boards for free. Will stay again!

Amazing staff, rooms were very clean, very serene ambiance and ultimately great Architecture. Visited in summer so only downside was too many mosquitoes but the staff provided repellents which made it bearable. Overall great place regardless!

I love the place but it would be perfect if the put microwave each suite and the key to open the door will be easy otherwise the place Is perfect

This is an amazing property not to be missed if you are in the Jasper area on a summer trip. Cabins have lots of room and amenities. Front desk staff are very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. This feels like a resort - cabins, trails and lake at your doorstep are all 10/10. Blue River is a hidden gem!

We stayed there in summer which is not a skiing season. It is generally good except a couple of things. 1. The TV cannot be connected. We tried more than 10 mins and then gave up. 2. The mosquitoes are aggressive. We got numerous bites throughout the night. Guests need to be very careful when open or close the door. Do that quickly and watch mosquitoes. 3. The last and the worst, the air conditioning/fan cannot be turned off. The control panel/thermostat can only adjust the temperature, but not turning off. I called the front desk at mid night, sorry about that but I had to, and was told that only the technician can adjust since he/she locked the control panel. For the entire night, I had to put ear plugs on my both ears and barely slept for 2 ~ 3 hours.

A little tricky seeing the signs for the cabin . Other than that it was great .

On the unfortunate side there were so many mosquitos along the lake path and around the cabins and entire property that we couldn’t even enjoy the scenery or a walk. Room was quite warm and didn’t have AC like most other hotels. The restaurant you had to walk across the main Hwy and 4 lanes to get too. A train runs near the property several times a day to where they leave you complementary ear plugs beside the bed. On the good side the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice other than being warm and the beds were super comfy. Chances are we wouldn’t stay again
