This is how a top notch B&B should be run. Great service, good food and beautifully kept up home! It doesn’t get much better than this!

We really liked the property. It was a very beautiful setting. I did not like the spiders on the ceiling inside the entryway. I have a fear of spiders. However, they were no where else in the property that I saw and really did not affect our stay as we were only there one night.

We loved our stay in this historic PEI home. I hope to get back!

The b&b is amazing. It’s an upscale B&B in an authentic Victorian house with a great host! The host welcomed us very professionally and gave us excellent restaurants recommendations! She also prepared freshly prepared breakfast , which as a great opportunity to mingle with other visitors.

Beautiful house full of antiques. Well appointed bedrooms with all the comforts you could want. A very gracious and friendly host. She made us feel so comfortable. Helpful suggestions on where to tour on the island. Breakfasts were amazing - even accommodating special requests for my daughter. Highly recommend.

The check in was quick and thorough, Donna was very down to earth and pleasant . She runs a beautiful Old Victorian house that is so clean and comfortable. It’s extremely welcoming from the first step you take inside the foyer. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation around the table with the other guests and Donna was great! It’s really a small world when you get chatting. We haven’t been BnB guests in the past, but this trip to the east coast has changed our way of thinking.

Lovely stay at beutiful heritage residence in charlottetown.very clean comfy and welcoming. Close to a gorgeous seawall park walk.

Breakfast was home made and served with elegance. Our hostess, Donna, was wonderful and very knowledgeable of places to visit. Bed was comfortable, internet access was secure and we had our own transportation but most of the downtown is walkable if you are able. We would certainly recommend the Dawson House as a go to place to stay.

Delightful 1800s home, roomy and comfortable room, bed, etc. Good location in Charlottetown, close to the city center while also easily accessible from the countryside. Charming host who shared numerous good recommendations of things to see and places to eat. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended, we will be back
