Excellent customer service, I tip my hat to Giorgio and his brother, mother and staff.

I missed my boat and got stuck in Leon for the night. Room was clean and bed comfortable and even had a hot shower! Beautiful old building, very friendly staff and location could not be more convenient.

I went out for dinner and was told that someone would be available to let me back into the hotel. Once I got back, there was no one to let me in so I had to stand out in the rain for over an hour before the doorman woke up and let me inside to go to my room.

Very pretty Old Mediterranean vibe, beautiful wrought iron staircase. Room on bottom floor had high ceiling, all very white and cool, tv was in excellent placement. Very comfortable cama. Bathroom was very clean. Some confusion between info from night clerk and day clerk re prices of transport. Night clerk was a lot more helpful.

It's was a very convenient place to stay while traveling.
