Comfortable and clean, nice breakfast, need handrails on that marble staircase

Best vacation ever!

The hotel staff were one of the most helpful I’ve ever seen,they helped planning the trip around and providing any requests in a minute

The property is outside Ioannina and the connecting roads are in bed shape. The room we got had several strange characteristics, TV in the wrong position, strange glass door in the bathrooms, strange lighting arrangements, lack of light in the corridors in the morning. No coffee or tea in the room. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazingly rich and good.

We had a great stay : the staff is friendly & the room very nice.

Es wird als SPA Angeboten ist aber nichts davon zu sehen. Weder das Pool ist sauber noch gibt es Nasszonen noch werden Massagen angeboten.

Super hôtel propre et bien situé au calme le personnel est serviable. Une seule mauvaise note le café du matin et le jus de fruits !!!

The receiptiionists are so friendly. They always would like to help us for everything. And they are very gentle. In the breakfast, there are many börek types.

Accueil excellent. On nous a proposé une chambre en Dupleix ou une chambre avec piscine privée. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec de nombreux choix tant sucrés que salés.
