This is an amazing hidden gem. Wonderful property, one block from subway if you want to hit Plaka for shopping, only one station away. Highly recommend!

Hotel was amazing in every way, so relaxing. It looks exactly as it does online but is even better in person. The entire property is pristine and decorated so uniquely. We will absolutely be back and recommending this place to others. The room felt like an oasis and food was such a treat too - especially the Bio Oat. 11 out of 10!

Beautiful place, amazing service and great location. Stayed in many hotels in Athens’s and this is definitely the best by far.

A hidden gem in the heart of Athens. Just a magical experience from start to finish. I loved the striking contrast between the understated exterior and the beautifully designed interior. The owners and staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, with an impressive eye for detail. The location is also ideal—within a 15–30 minute walk of all the main attractions and neighborhoods. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the food menu. While everything I tried was delicious, I would have appreciated a bit more variety. Make sure to request a garden or pool facing room, Emily’s garden is truly something special.

Absolutely loved our stay. The team were so hospitable , polite and charming. Very special and quaint place to stay and central to all top places to visit in Athens. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel in Athens. Decor is edgy and the pool and setting within the courtyard is beautiful. The bed and shower are excellent. The staff couldn’t be any nicer. The location is the only drawback. Not much to walk to nearby.

I cannot begin to describe how truly wonderful this “NOT HOTEL” is, incredible. The staff is amazing and they made our trip to Athens. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a very special experience. The food was divine.

NOT is an amazing property. The story, history, ambiance, details, and so much more make this place a one of a kind. Excellent staff, amazing rooms with lots of character. Short walk to the train where only a couple of stops will get you close enough to anything you want to do in Athens. Only stayed for one night and I wish we had spent more time here. Will continue to recommend NOT to anyone that goes to Athens and wants a unique experience that is far from cookie cutter and bland.

Excellent rooms. Clean and well-maintained. Staff are outstanding. Food very good. Recommend it . Don’t get concerned over the appearance of surrounding area. It is very safe and under new development. Very close to subway. One stop to Monastiraki. This hotel only 5 months old

This hotel was special to say the least. We don't have much bad things to say other than the check-in experience. I think since this is a newer hotel they're still dealing with a few kinks. After a long flight/ferry ride, we were greeted and asked for our passports and then waited for a very long time for them to get back to us to then fill out another form on a tablet and still include our passport information and the whole check in process almost took 30 minutes we were tired, and never had this issue before. They did send out a online check in prior to checking in but we were in transit so it seemed like it would be a hassle and thought it would be quicker to do in person - it was not. Even using the app to turn on the lights and unlock the door in theory was a great idea, but the app itself is designed poorly and not user friendly and found ourselves turning things off and on constantly. This hotel was beautiful! loved the actual space, however its not close to a lot of things other than night life. If you don't plan on visiting the sights of athens and want to hang by the pool and stay at a unique hotel this is the place! the breakfast was great and we did enjoy our time here. Highly recommended if you traveled to athens before and want a unique experience, but to make the most of your visit to athens I'm not sure this would be the fit.

What a hidden gem NOT hotel is. If I could rate this place 1000 stars, I would. They are a newer hotel headed in the right direction. The hotel was breath taking, from the amenities, to their bar, to the rooms, everything was so well thought of. In the rooms they included all organic products. They also have fresh herbs growing throughout the hotel which gave the place the best ambiance. My favorite touch was the olive oil I received at check out. I must say I was a little skeptical about the area while heading towards my hotel, however after getting to know the area it was not bad. It is very quiet during the day, and then during the evening the area offers quite the night life! The hotel is also so convenient to the train only a stop away from Athen's main city area. Not hotel is a must see.

A beautiful new hotel, walking distance to the acropolis and all amenities. Great service, beautiful rooms and very clean. Definitely recommend!

The pool and garden were a delight, especially after a hot day site seeing. The rooms are cool, clean, comfortable, if a little over furnished. We had trouble with the App that controls things, but we are in our sixties, not born with technology. For us Brits we need black tea! The fancy coffee machine was not for us. We bought tea bags on the first day!

Séjour en couple très agréable.un avre de paix au coeur d Athènes, jardin intérieur, piscine et vue de notre chambre sur l acropole. A 10 mn a pied du centre de tous les restaurants, marché et animations. A 100m de la bouche de métro pour rejoindre l aéroport ou le Pirée . Idéalement situé, personnel charmant et attentionné bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement

Von Anfang an war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Zimmer und Hotel sind wirklich schick. Obwohl dieses Viertel bekannt für seine Nachtclubs ist, haben wir diesbezüglich nichts gehört.

Very unique hotel in the crowded city yet quiet and peaceful.
