They need to improve on costumer service attention . The beds are not comfortable at all.

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Martell in San Pedro Sula. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They even helped arrange my transportation to the airport, which made my travel day much easier. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and a great way to start the day. The hotel is comfortable and worked perfectly for a short stay in the city. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in San Pedro Sula.

Bad as hell, I recommend not to stay at this hotel for no reason. It is filthy dirty, leaking water on top of the beds and very dirty and smelly

ITS JUST AN AVERAGE HOTEL BASICALLY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR SIMPLE AS THAT NOTHING EXCELLENT OR GRAND JUST AVERAGE

Location is good for pick up drop off Most places are 2 to 5$ away by uber. Yes 55 lps for a few minutes downtown. Off course! And hotel has their own Transportations service. Tipping over 5$ is a lot so tip in 1s or 20s. Go big or Go home.

Rente 3 noches y tenía que estar activando la llave tarjeta cada dia por la mañana. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, pero esta viejo y resta buena apariencia a la habitación. Habian 3 luces en mal estado. Y las paredes estaban pintadas pero las puertas no y restaba buena aparienica tambien. La caja de seguridad estaba en mal estado. Habia que estar pidiendo los boletos para el desayuno todas las mañanas y los desayunos no eran muy variados.

Mejorar aseo de ca.eras y sobre fundas de almohadas, mejorar atención a la hora del desayuno
