Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms. Great parking and very friendly staff.

We are regular visitors at this hotel. It has beautiful common areas, nice rooms and suites, great gym, pool. Secure parking is always available. Air conditioning and fans worked great. Staff very nice. Overol highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and spotless. The hotel building is gorgeous and there is lots of space to sit outside. The staff were welcoming and cheery. Breakfast was great.

Bathrooms were small. If you were a large person they may have issues. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Saying that i would still stay there there.

This is a lovely hotel in the center of the city. It is a very well done renovation of a historic property. Everything was spotless and the service and breakfast were excellent. It is a great base to explore the extraordinary UNESCO BioReserve, an incredible area of botanical and cultural significance. The most cacti you can see in one place. I also recommend BioFan for the tour of the BioReserve

My family and I have booked here a few times and the service never dissappoints. Everyone is always very welcoming and pleasant. Will continue booking here on our future visits.

Para llegar al estacionamiento era un poco complicado, lo ideal seria que expliquen donde esta. Se confunde con otro estacionamiento antes de llegar a lugar del hotel. Tambien al realizar el check out el joven atentiendo no fue tan amable en cuestion de general la factura fiscal y la genero mal

Service for breakfast always hit and miss but the food was good. The hotel is super clean and just beautiful.

Great sevice, great location

This is a wonderful classic hotel, recently thoroughly renovated, at a very atractivo price, with a pool and a free parking. Inside an inner yard is a wonderful garden. On my first visit Í stayed in junior suite and it was wornerful. This time Í stayed in a smalller room but it was also wonderful. Í highly recomend. Only one minus, the slow internernet.
