The property is clean, the Breakfast and coffee was good hot and fresh, and I felt the parking was safe and secure

Mi experiencia en el supueto HOTEL ROSE ENSENADA fue muy mala. Al llegar, me di cuenta de que no es un hotel como lo anuncian, sino un motel, y la zona es muy insegura y en malas condiciones. Intenté hablar con el personal para resolver la situación, pero no mostraron ninguna disposición a ayudar. Se negaron a hacer un reembolso y, en lugar de eso, querían cobrarme más dinero por cambiarme de habitación. Además, viajaba por motivos médicos para una operación, y necesitaba una habitación en el primer piso. Sin embargo, las únicas disponibles estaban en el segundo piso, lo cual no era viable para mí por mi condición. EL MOTEL NO CUENTA CON ELEVADOR Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar. La publicidad es engañosa, el servicio al cliente es deficiente y no tienen consideración por situaciones médicas. Además expedía no se hizo responsable de el reembolso a pesar que había pagado el seguro de viaje

This is the first time we have a bad experience, we had stayed there many times but this time was different. We got there, went out to eat and when we returned I used the bathroom and found out that it was clogged, I called reception and they sent someone to fix it but he left a mess on the floor, it was dirty water that came out from the toilet and did not clean it. We also got a room closed to the parking and it was very noisy, didn’t have a good experience this time.

It's $100 mxn (pesos) deposit when arriving. Just a heads up. Wifi didn't work well. It kept disconnecting. Air conditioner didn't work in our unit even following instructions to wait 5 min. Not a big deal at the moment we didn't need it. Room can feel small. Yet again. I am 6 foot 400 lbs. I was comfortable regardless. The staff is great, the until was clean and morning breakfast was delicious. They give you a voucher for breakfast so make sure not to lose it. It includes a complimentary chilaquiles if you order. It is not a buffet, but they allow you to serve your self twice. Eggs with onions, beans, pasta salad, salad, squash in salsa roja. They also have a menu so you can order other breakfast items with 10% off since you are staying at the hotel. Overall it is great experience. The wifi doesn't matter since we weren't in the hotel much other then to rest. My phone provider is ATT wich got great service regardless. Will stay again.
