Hotel Catedral is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Its glass floors let us see the Aztec ruins below. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff members are kind, hospitable, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is lavish and delicious as is dnner in the hotel restaurant in the evening. The hotel is in the center of Mexico City within a block of the great Metropolitan Cathedral, as well as the Aztec ruins. Great hotel in a great location.

The Love or Amor that was felt was REAL! This Hotel was far more than expectations it was a home for a week!! Mexico City Top to Bottom wad exceptional. The Hotel Catedral was the cornerstone and the cherry on top !! Stay Here and Bring your Best... They will for sure.

Nice hotel , I love it

My first stay visiting Mexico City and it was the best experience ive ever had going to Mexico The staff was extremely helpful with everything friendly. Olivia the person assigned to my room straightened my room almost every day and I didnt even ask for cleaning services. The hotels is in one of the best locations mostly everything a walk away or diti driver pick ups I recommend this place to everyone I knew ans ill definitely come back.

We loved our stay in Hotel Catedral. It was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Mexico City. It is across the street from Catedral Metropolitana, so is central to everything in the historical district. The catedral is a stunning backdrop to the hotel; the views from the terrace and our room were breathtaking. Our room was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Lots of thoughtful amenities to make our stay more comfortable (such as the always stocked refrigerator of bottled water in the lobby). The hotel was a fantastic starting point to everywhere we wanted to go each day of our stay. We could spend the first half of the day exploring and easily take a break in our room and return to explore the city the second half of the day. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

In the middle of CDMX, it was so nice how they had the place decorated for the FIFA . Very close to all the amenities and they had tons of wonderful views of the city.

Lo único que no me gustó nada, terminé de comer en el restaurant del hotel me tomé dos cervezas y decidí ir a ver el partido ala terraza y me comentaron que tenía que consumir algo, les comenté que acababa de comer en el restaurant del hotel y no les importó. Prácticamente me corrieron de ahí en delante todos los días salí a comer fuera, que bueno porque la comida estaba mejor en los restaurante de ahí cerca caminando.

I had a great stay at Hotel Catedral in Mexico City. The staff was attentive, friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had. Their hospitality really made our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the FIFA World Cup Fan Festival and many of the city’s attractions, making it easy to explore without relying on transportation. The only minor inconvenience was that, due to occasional street closures in the area, Uber drivers were sometimes unable to drop us off directly in front of the hotel. It wasn’t a major issue for us, just something to keep in mind. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Catedral to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The property is located within walking distance to Templo Mayor and the Cathedral. We were there for the World Cup so the fan fest was right in the center of the zocalo. The staff was great, restaurants were good and we enjoyed the complimentary water bottles.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We just love Mexico. 😜

Great location for walking around in the morning and afternoon because there was a lot of people around all the time. Lots of stores and food vendors around. Close to a metro. Staff was always nice and helpful when we asked questions. I liked that they always had their lobby fridges stocked with water.

What an amazing location with beauty view from rooftop. And it’s built over a pyramid!! Free guavas and cookies in lobby! Helpful and friendly staff

We loved the rooftop balcony here overlooking the Cathedral. This is where we would unwind and have a few drinks and snacks before retiring to bed. Their cocktail Tamarindo Mezcalitos is highly recommended! Close to Zocalo area and is pretty much walking distance to all the touristy places we visited. Breakfast here had a ton of options and everything was delicious - from the Menudo, the Chilaquiles and the special homemade bread they have everyday. We stayed in the family room which is pretty roomy for just the 2 of us - slept comfortably here and we also had access to the balcony on our floor as well.
