Stayed there for about two weeks in total. The staff at the reception is exceptional! No matter what is being thrown at them, they always have a smile on their face. Let’s be real - it’s wartime! During my stay, I experienced full nights of air raid alerts with ballistic missile impacts inside the district. Amidst all that, sometimes the receptionists had non-stop 24-hour shifts. Their face in the morning? Always a smile, always super friendly and always willing to help, to answer questions and give advice or to assist in any other way possible. They are a true testament to the type of people that live in Ukraine and their incredible resiliency! It’s truly inspiring to experience this firsthand. Rooms are small, but really nice and very clean. Breakfast could have a bit more variety. Location is really good with a huge mall directly next door and a plethora of restaurants nearby. Total: 9/10. Big recommendation! Would always come back.
