Céntrico, limpio, no funcionó el cable

Room was clean and airy. Staff were exceptional. We stayed for 6 nights, would definitely stay again. Location is absolutely ideal for exploring old town.

Extended for a week. Very accomedating. 100 pesos cheaper per night at the front desk. A bit noisey on ground floor moved up and all good. Easy shopping many resturants 2 blocks from centro plaza

I had a good experience, hotel was pretty loud though. My main issues is I booked on Expedia and she told me that even though the charge was pending I needed to pay cash on arrival and the charge would be taken off. Since then Expedia has contacted them many times with no answers. So I double paid, on my card and cash.

It’s a simple no frills place to stay and sleep. A comfortable bed, a shower, and a bathroom. Nothing spectacular, but not run down either. Just a place to lay your head and rest at a reasonable price. In the mornings it can get a little loud when everyone starts moving around, but for what you’re paying it’s acceptable. As a stopover I would definitely recommend. If you’re a little picky and have unique tastes then probably not for you.

This is a great hotel and a bit different than most Mexican hotels in that it really intends to provide what it says it will: good WiFi, good air conditioning and so on. There are a few unexpected extras here. They have a towel in a basket that a card identifies as a "trapo," a rag you can use to clean up oil spills and remove make up. Anybody familiar with the Mexican custom of charging you according to the stains you leave, will appreciate this clean, handy but ultimately dispensing towel. The hotel itself is sort of incognito doorway along a typically narrow street downtown. There is a parada, a place a taxi can sit to disgorge you, but no notable sign. My taxi driver got out of his taxi to look for the hotel, but no need, Girasoles is within 100 feet or so of an OXXO and directly across from a 24-hour Farmacia Guadalajara and has a yarn store to one side and down a bit. The parking garage, just beyond OXXO, is well marked. This is a great hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The guests are civilized and peaceful. There's plenty of free drinking water, but as for bathing and so on, there's a draught, but the hotel spends a fortune having water trucked in to fill onsite water tanks. Everything is taken care of and everything works. You can just lie about in the coolness as I did here after three sweltering weeks in Mazatlán.

Safe, clean & quaint hotel v close to Tepic Cathedral, central market. Friendly & helpful staff. Hotel has no sign outside but next to fruit ice pops/beverage store, and pharmacy across the street, a delicious bakery 1 block away & street intersections have names. 1night in a double full bed, tv with cable, ceiling fan and a/c, dresser, desk, 2 chairs, nightstand; complimentary in room: two 16.9oz water bottles & complimentary 1 shampoo/2 soap bars; loved the shower head. Front lobby has coffee/herbal teas, sugar packets; and hot/cold water-cooler on 1st floor hallway. Not too happy with the indoor noise level as rooms have glass-louvered windows but nothing earplugs can’t fix for a light sleeper, traveller-on-a-budget, as myself. I’d stay here again, no doubt.

The place was located close to city center, clean great staff. Only bad thing no sing with the hotel name outside

Decente aunque puede mejorar.

Había garrapatas vivas y aplastadas por la habitación. La limpieza solo se hacía en los lugares visibles. Hay habitaciones que comparten una ventana con otra habitación, entonces se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la habitación contigua. Lo único bueno fue el personal de recepción, el aire acondicionado, y otras funciones básicas

Mi estancia estuvo maravillosa, todo impecable, tiendas cercas, restaurantes, cafés, estacionamientos, trato amable. Todo oliendo rico y limpio y la atención excelente. ¡Recomendado!
