Major problem was the cold snap, where the temperature was going down to 2 degrees over night. Our room had no heating...there was literally no HVAC system.

Below average cheap Mexican hotel. Nothing in the room except a couple of small bottles of water, a bed and a beat up bathroom. Make it yourself instant coffee in the lobby. Steer clear of this place.

Hotel was overall good. Staff were all friendly and eager to help. We were there in the summer and hotel was not air conditioned so it did get hot. Toilet handle was so loose, that toilet would run so had to be careful. We would stay again as it was a good location

The hotel is hard to find especially when arriving after dark. Without GPS we would never have got there. Rooms are ok, hot water takes ages to reach the room but otherwise the shower and WC were fine. Outdoor seri g on the walkway-terrace was good. We neglected to notice there is laundry on premises and had to drive all over town to find one open on Sunday. TAKE NOTE: the Archeological Zone is closed Mondays!!

Buena habitación, pero podrían mejorar la calidad de las almohadas. La regadera tenia muy poca presión y muy poca dispersión de agua

No es para nada las fotos de la realidad, deja mucho que desear, es un hotel viejo, no le pongan filtro a las fotos en verdad nada que ver

Hubo un problema con la chapa del baño y me quedé encerrado hasta que me pudieron ayudar.

Atención amable y muy cerca del centro. Solamente la habitación muy fría, aunque los cobertores muy calentitos.

Habitacion muy pequeña, no hay ventilador ni aire acondicionado, muy poca ventilación, si traes auto es muy complicado entrar y hay muy poco estacionamiento.
