Checkin delayed over an hour mistaken by reception but he did not recognize it, excuses other reasons which does not makesense.

Very Clean professional staff good location.

Lovely stay.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Great location with all amenities nearby.
Super friendly and professional staff, especially Oumaima at reception.
Great traditional Moroccan breakfast.

You do pay around £40 upfront in case you use the minibar, which is refunded when you check out.



the management was rubbish 
they need upfront money in case you order something, 
staff was OK
