Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.

The staff at The Gran Taoro were amazing. Special thanks to Marta, Alberto, Carla and the delightful Marina for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will surely come back!

We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Small but important thing… the balcony door did not have a handle outside. The door had closed itself behind my husband while he was outside and he couldn’t get back in! Luckily, I could open the door but if we had both been out there, we would have been stranded!

The hotel is stunning with great front of house staff. There are some niggles that need to be ironed out, but thats what a soft opening is for

I’ve traveled extensively but this hotel was incredible! Immaculately clean, room was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Affordable but the food was amazing! The only thing I want to mention is the walk to the ocean. Although only 1/2 mile, you have to go down 246 steps and if you’ve got bad knees it could be challenging. A cab ride down is about 5 euro. Worth it!

Great location, new hotel, very clean

There was no cutlery or wine glasses or milk for the coffee or snacks or drinks or welcome fruit in our suite. You couldn't order food or find the menu from the QR code on the TV. For some reason you had to use another code on the key holder. When we tried to see the menu in the restaurant she said people were eating there so we couldn't see one. Weird. Rest of the staff were good and food was excellent, so pleased we perserved

Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Nice walk into town although uphill on the way back , taxi only 4 euros anyway. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel commands a stunning position overlooking Puerto de la Cruz and if you choose an Ocean View room you will get both, a wonderful sight to wake up to. We ate in one of the hotels restaurants and the food was outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to return one day..

Fantastisk hotell, flott lokasjon og gode fasiliteter. Det som virkelig satte prikken over i-en var personalet. Personalet var hyggelige og ekstremt profesjonelle, alle fra han i døra via resepsjonen til restauranten og vaskepersonalet var oppmerksomme og hyggelige. Fantastiske restauranter både for frokost og middag og en fin bar i resepsjonsområdet med utsikt over byen, havet og solnedgangen. Parkering var ikke ett problem og lokasjonen var perfekt for å gå til byen og kunne kjøre ut av den uten å måtte stå i noe kø.

Die Pools sind sehr gut angeordnet und die Liegelandschaft perfekt. Schade das das SPA erst im März 26 öffnet.

Hotellet har efter nyrenovering bara haft öppet några månader. Rum med utsikt över havet med alla bekvämligheter. Rent och snyggt inrett. Personalen helt fantastiska, har nog aldrig upplevt något liknande.

Das Hotel ist noch im Softopening, hatte daher nur wenige Gäste. Alles, was da war, war hervorragend.
