The hotel was lovely and in a great location with restaurants and markets nearby Although Expedia mentions they will arrange airport transport-they don’t and we were disappointed that they didn’t respond to our enquiries about that But I do recommend this hotel

Tranquilo y bonito. Ama luidas en el staff y a unas cuadras del centro turístico.

Room super clean, front desk super friendly. We got there before check in time let us leave our luggage meanwhile our room was ready. Would definitely recommend hotel.

Location is convenient to the main square. The water took a good while to heat up (on-demand heating). The TV was frankly awful -- it rattled with any bass audio, and we had gotten spoiled with Roku TV whereas this one was strictly cable and not much of interest. The breakfast was good. The walls were paper thin and noises carried. Good front desk help though.

The hotel with out doubt was clean , had helpful staff and great onsite restaurant. The only downside was the wifi in my room did not function properly.

Ok, beds not good. Room didn’t have much to offer. Bugs get in too easily.

A fabulous hotel that I highly recommend. Beautiful, well-kept, and a pleasure to stay at. Attractive rooms with beds that are very comfortable and the staff is wonderful and attentive. A great location close to the main square but not in the thick of things. Look forward to returning.

Real great place real nice weather went in April 19 stayed 3 nights close to most things super very attentive to detail and our needs very quite and Tranquil,, nice gardens loved the whole experience

Muy cómodo, limpio y amabilidad

El único problema es el estacionamiento.

Es un hotel súper céntrico en una calle paralela al andador. Nos dio oportunidad de dejar el carro en el estacionamiento y caminar a todos lados. No lo sentí demasiado ruidoso… como suelen ser los hoteles del centro de San Cristóbal.

El hotel es pequeño y hermoso. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno en el restaurante del hotel es muy bueno. Está bien ubicado y muy cerca del centro y las tiendas

No tiene estacionamiento propio, tiene un convenio con un estacionamiento en frente pero tienen limite de autos, ademas el estacionamiento cierra de 10pm a 7am lo cual limita de alguna manera el uso vehicular, la master suite esta muy bonita, pero tenia fundido el foco principal del baño, y esta arriba del lobby y el restaurant, y al ser instalaciones estilo colonial, se escucha todo y viceversa.

En nuestra visita de 3 días, la estancia en este hotel fue excelente, todo limpio , restaurante en la planta baja (excelente comida ), a dos cuadras del corredor turístico , todo estuvo genial y mi esposa y yo quedamos enamorados de la habitación con balcón , simplemente hermoso. La atención del personal siempre atenta , la verdad no tiene nada de malo , más bien todo excelente
