The parking is small. But the staff does a good job directing where to park no matter night or day.

A new property and the staff is very nice.

Modern hotel in convenient location. Bed was comfy. Staff were great. Pool has nice views. Breakfast was tasty! Restaurants close by. Would stay again.

This is a new hotel, they were working on putting the elevator in, while we were there. The shower was excellent, strong and hot water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Off street parking, under the hotel. all the staff were excellent, Allen, that checked us in was wonderful. The included breakfast was one of the best we have had in Mexico. Walked around the area, felt safe and several restaurants right within the block. The only bad thing, it is close to a train track, and because it crosses the main road, they blew the train whistle 2x during the night….it is easy to get too, right off of 15, and easy to get back on 15.

Even with my confirmation number the staff said they didn't have room for me and thatt was all they could do, they even said they were not accepting reservstions from this app for those days so tjey didn't know how I had managed to get one.

La habitación olía muy bien. Pueden mejorar la limpieza un poco, encontramos un par de cabellos por aquí y por allá, pero nada grave. El colchón de la cama es muy incómodo, es muy duro… pero las almohadas rescataron la experiencia de dormir ahí. La llave se desactivó y fue muy molesto tener que bajar al lobby a activarla, es algo que no debería de pasar. La ubicación del hotel fue muy conveniente para nosotros. En general, les daría un 9/10.
