Hotel was wonderful and so was staff. A little further than we thought walking toward port but very doable.

We enjoyed our stay in the Epavli Grace hotel. It was very close to restaurants, shopping and historic sites and buildings. It was very clean and breakfast was very generous. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay. The room was perfect and everyone at the hotel were so friendly and helpful ensuring we had a wonderful experience. The roof top hot tub was a lovely way to relax after a day in the sun. Breakfast provided plenty of choice with different things on offer each morning

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The building itself was spotless and had a sleek, modern design that made the whole experience feel upscale and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay!

The hotel in general and the staff

Stayed here for 4 nights for my honeymoon and loved it so much. The hotel is beautiful, super modern and clean. Staff is so great, knowledgeable and very friendly

Five nights here was incredible!! The balcony helps so much to have your morning tea or coffee or a beer/cocktail when you’ve come home from a long excursion. This spot is so conveniently located and within walking distance to so much! The parking lot across the street is also very convenient. It’s just 15 euros a day which the hotel helps you coordinate payment for. The breakfast that was included was some of the best! Great options for all food types and the beautiful patio out front was such a treat to have breakfast in every morning. All in all a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this spot to any of my future travelers.

I had a great experience at the Epavli Grace hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was also very nice and often quiet/not busy. The view on the balcony outside was not ideal but did afforded privacy. The only real problem is that the hotel is located in the city centre and there can be sudden construction as of 7am, which the staff have no notice of in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city of Chania.

Great stay and friendly staff

We stayed for almost one month and our stay was excellent. Amazing staff, very helpful, very clean hotel with excellent service every day. Great breakfast every morning. The staff was very helpful and super friendly, I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

A brand new hotel with excellent amenities and friendly staff.

Centrally located modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities, breakfast was very nice, the hot tub on the roof gave nice view of the city, very conveniently closer to bus station

The staff was fabulous and the breakfast excellent and varied. Although it's a 15-20 minute walk to the old harbor, the area itself is a real neighborhood with regular shops and restaurants. This came in very handy when we needed a hardware store. The room was spotless and large { junior suite } and cleaned daily. Improvements should include little things that are often standard. Do not disturb signs, boxes of tissues, and door sweepers on the shower which would prevent flooding. All in all an excellent choice.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient to everything. The room was spacious and beautiful. Special mention to Galina who did everything to make this stay memorable. Also thanks to George and Johanna who also added joy to the experience.

Perfect stay , close to waterfront, attractions and restaurants. Staffs were amazing. Breakfast had many options. Hot tub was great too Highly recommended hotel
