Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. Dinner was nice and breakfast outside was gorgeous. Didn't have time for outside pool but it looked great. A bit cold and windy (Feb). However enjoyed just wandering and looking at decor and gardens. Rest of staff ultra polite. Very quiet and restful space after hectic Marrakech.

Overall, a good stay with a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled directly, so we had to call reception each time to adjust the settings. Service was always polite and helpful, though the hotel did feel slightly understaffed at times.

Kasbah D’if is a stunning property, very well designed and curated, but severely lacking in service and an understanding of how to operate in the luxury hotel space. The staff do not speak English, so communication is also rather difficult. One of the owners’ initiatives is to employ local people from the surrounding desert area, so it is very much a “work in progress.” Do not book this hotel if you’re used to 5-star attentive service where staff are at your beck and call, as you will quite disappointed.

Beautiful hotel

Staying at Kasbah D'If is like stepping into a desert sanctuary. Just 20-23 minutes from the airport and city, it feels worlds away. Peaceful, luxurious, and effortlessly stylish. The traditional architecture blends seamlessly with contemporary touches. Comfortable, serene, and beautifully designed, it’s a perfect escape for anyone seeking calm and elegance.

Absolutely beautiful property. The hotel is incredible and the staff is amazing. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The people were so friendly, shout out to Mohamed in the bar for pouring great cocktails and enhancing our experience. Would love to go back here again, it's a really special place.

Make sure you book this place ASAP before it blows up. It deserves global recognition for what the owners have achieved here. It's incredible and worth the cost. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The interior designer has done such a good job how they have styled this place out. Architects deserve credit too for how they have combined traditional feel with a modern twist. The service is exceptional too. Spa is just next level and can go toe to toe with some of the best in World. It truly is the gold standard in morroco , the best in class to what a boutique hotel should be.

Hôtel exceptionnel! Un service irréprochable! Le lieu est sublime ainsi que toutes les installations. Les petits déjeuner sont superbes! Une vraie déconnexion au cœur du désert, avec un panorama à couper le souffle ! Seul bémol les repas du soir avec menu obligatoire (700d ou 650d en fonction du restaurant) : très cher pour la qualité de la nourriture! Le midi par contre cela est raisonnable!

Il existe des lieux qui, dès le premier regard, vous imposent le silence.
 La Kasbah d’If fait partie de ces rares sanctuaires où l’esprit s’incline avant même d’avoir posé ses valises.
 En passant les grandes portes de cette forteresse, on ressent quelque chose d’indéfinissable : un murmure d’élégance, de paix, et d’invitation au lâcher-prise.
 Le personnel délicat semble doté du talent d’anticiper les besoins avant qu’ils ne deviennent des désirs.
 Les chambres, véritables refuges où on se blottit dans la chaleur et le réconfort offrent aux voyageurs une fenêtre intime sur les montagnes dressant leurs cimes enneigées. 
Les extérieurs offrent un répit que même le temps semble respecter.
 Et lorsque la nuit tombe, La Kasbah se métamorphose, doucement, en un havre de contemplation.
 On ne quitte pas cet endroit : on s’en extrait.
 Et il demeure, dans la mémoire, comme une note persistante, le souvenir précieux d’une hospitalité devenue art

An unforgettable experience. We stayed in a perfectly handcrafted Kasbah where every detail was thoughtfully designed. The service was genuinely warm, and the spa and facilities were breathtaking. We expected it to be good, but it still exceeded our expectations. Do yourself a favor—go here. You won’t truly understand until you’ve been.

Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Das gesamte Team ist herzlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, jedem Gast einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Auch kulinarisch überzeugt das Hotel auf ganzer Linie: Mehrere Restaurants stehen zur Auswahl, jedes mit seinem ganz eigenen, besonderen Ambiente – ob im beleuchteten Innenhof oder mit tollem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein wahres Highlight in der Wüste!

La Kasbah d’If est un joyaux. Il offre à ses convives un véritable havre de paix majestueux entre tradition et modernité, aux portes de Marrakech, surplombant Agafay. Merci à Pierre et Nadia pour leur l’accueil et leur bienveillance, Ce Riad aux allures de palais entre leurs mains devrait vite faire partie des adresses les plus prisées de la région de Marrakech.

La Kasbah d’If, ce n’est pas un hôtel. C’est un havre suspendu, un lieu à part, enveloppé par les montagnes et baigné de sérénité. Ici, tout apaise. Le calme est profond, l’atmosphère presque méditative. Les propriétaires y ont mis leur amour chaque recoin reflète une attention sincère au détail, une vraie élégance discrète. La propreté est irréprochable, le goût juste, et surtout… le personnel est d’une douceur et d’un soin rares. Ils ne se contentent pas d’accueillir, ils veillent.
