I was a little nervous about staying at a Riyadh since I had never done so before, but the experience was very nice!

We set up an airport transfer and I even sent a confirmation email but when arriving at the airport there was no one to pick us up. We finally got in touch with the riad and had to wait 30min for their driver to come pick us up. Room was extremely clean and breakfast was amazing, however the staff were not very friendly and often ignored us. A man came knocking on our door at 1am saying that we were talking too loud, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also when we arrived it felt very awkward, we were just left to wait in the lobby with no clue when we would be able to check into our room. Expedia told us check in was at 6am but when we arrived at 9am they said check in wasn’t until 2pm. Thankfully we were able to work something out and check in slightly earlier. Check out was also a bit rough because we had to leave at exactly 7am and when we came down there was no one to check us out even though we told them our check out time. Overall the riad was beautiful and extremely clean, just didn't have the best experience with staff.

Loved the riad, fresh and warm breakfast was very good and nicely presented on rooftop terrace everyday, very friendly and polite staffs, very close to everything. Will definitely recommend.

Best breakfast I had in Morocco. The staff was amazing and the Riad itself is well-decorated and lovely. Easy to find within the Medina and very close to the main street to catch taxis from. Would stay here again!

Located in the heart of Marrakesh. Enjoyed our stay, slept very well. Very clean and staff very friendly and welcoming. Was supposed to check in the afternoon but had an activity planned earlier and staff understood and prepared room for us. Breakfast was amazing and healthy. Enjoyed the Moroccan tea! Will come back here again.

Great Riad

What a fantastic place! Was hard to find so would recommend taking advantage of their offer for airport pick up. Wish we had. The Riad was spotless, the staff fantastic and the breakfast amazing!!

Pressure in the shower was very low and even after speaking to staff was not fixed. The breakfast is a standard prepared plate of a mix of things - I wish they asked what we would like so there was not so much wastage. There is a sign saying that tea time is anytime but one evening we came back after a full day tour and asked if we could get some tea about 9pm and we were questioned how we would sleep if having tea so late.

Great place! Bilal (we call him Bill) was the freaking best! Incredible breakfast, good showers, clean. Tip: do NOT use Apple Maps and look up the name of the Riad K-White in Google Maps. Good tip for all of Marrakech honestly

Not a fan of the Medina. Too many pushy vendors. The hotel is in the Medina.

Enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff working there. Mariam was amazing and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The guesthouse is within Walking distance to most places, clean and tidy, highly recommend booking.

Truly the best place I have ever stayed. This wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a calm place to plan your day and navigate Morocco. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family. Shoutout to Bilal who took amazing care of me on this trip. I can’t wait to come back.

First time visit to Marrakesh and loved this Riad! The service was excellent especially Bilal! They accommodated our request for early breakfasts so we could join our tours. The location is excellent and even though it is inside the Medina, it was an oasis of peace and quiet.

Vacker och snygg riad, bra belägen nära trevliga butiker och restauranger. Frukosten på den härliga terrassen var väldigt bra med olika sorter att välja mellan. Personalen var mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och omtänksam. Mitt rum var alltid rent och fräscht.

This is by far the best stay I've ever had. Our room was nice and clean, and well taken care of. Every day we had a delicious breakfast and our host poured hot mint tea in the classic Moroccan way. On our last night we had ordered dinner so we didn't have to go out, and we're met with a 3 course meal on the rooftop.
