Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. Hugo helped carry all our very heavy items up to the second floor. The security guards were great at providing recommendations and the front desk staff was also accommodating. The room was well equipped, AC worked great, and the beds were comfy. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars, plus the beach access right across the street. Also pet friendly and have a kids play area. Would stay here again

Me and my lady enjoyed our stay very much! They let us check in early, and the staff is very friendly. Got to our room, the room smelled a little funky but after turning the AC unit on and opened the door, we felt at home! They are currently working on getting an elevator rn and we took 4 flights of stairs(sober easy, drunk well...) but had the prettiest view of the ocean! Pool felt amazing everytime we swam in it, also the location is AMAZING! Mannys across the street and the best vibes, food, and a bunch of seating so you dont get a crowded feeling at all! Loved the stat and would recommend Costa Elegante to any and everyone!

Easy check in although Expedia booked the wrong dates but the hotel made it work thank goodness. It is not the best location for walking anywhere. Manny's is right across the street so that was good! Other than that we had to get in our car whenever we wanted to eat or grab a coffee.

So this is my time staying in a hotel in Mexico, and I wasn’t to happy with it. We were on the 4th floor without an elevator. They did upgrade my room, but I was still a little upset that I didn’t have a balcony. I know they are still renovating but the room had no drawers, no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, no small refrigerator. Beautiful room. No lie. But I look for the small necessities! And they didn’t have them! I probably would not stay at this one again until they do the full renovation!

The stay was out standing. Staff check in was flawless. The walls are a little thin but it was early morning and I was up anyway. They are working on installing an elevator. Mannys across the street served a great range of drinks and food. Got a few bargains at there store. Wife sang karaoke at the pink Cadillac down the street and the bottoms up served a good cheese, crisp. Overall, stay was great and we would not have a problem staying there in the future

I can see why it was the price it was the outside entrance was nice did have security. Working on elevator directly in front of our door super early Saturday morning, the night before someone slammed their door and the security sound wouldn't turn off for about 30 minutes around midnight, the doors all have patches and pieces put together to make a door, the bed was hard as a rock straight on plywood, we did not ask for housekeeping we got back and all our stuff was moved suitcases touched when the website said we would only have it if asked for. There was a giant bug with wings killed on the wall and if housekeeping did it while cleaning they didn't wipe it off. I understand lts under remodeling but we could hear every little thing through the wall.

Good customer service the security guard was very nice and he help me take down my stuff, I loved that the beach was so close the rooms were very clean and the AC worked good lol overall the room was clean and smelling good

Personas en construction. Y lo peor revisan las toallas y me la hicieron mal, porque yo uso mi pelo rojo y me dicen que no se le hiba a quitar lo rojo a la toalla. Les dije que los retaba a que la hecharan a lavar y si no se quitaba pagaba la toalla. Asi no volvemos y ni recomendamos. Mil disculpas

Good price , and good place location

Walk to the most beautiful stretch of Rocky Point beach just across the street! Less crowded than down at Sandy Beach but bring your earplugs because these rooms are loud and you can hear everything in the rooms around you and in the outdoor hallways. We had morning construction going on during our stay and loud guests around us. The hotel is clean and parking very safe and the staff was wonderful and attentive.
