Nice and new, clean and excellent parking with 24hr security.

There was no wifi and they are remodeling but other then that staff was great and the place is clean

The room was on the fourth floor and we had a great view of the beach! Service and staff were amazing - only thing is the property is under renovations still so you will hear the noise during the day (didn’t bother us much as we were up when it started) - there is a pool and it looks like a minibar is being created but was not available (also a little children’s play area). The balcony was really big and the air conditioning was great! There is no mini fridge and the elevator is sort of tiny.

Horrible. Wish I would have been told the place was under construction. Jack hammering all day!!! Started pounding on walls at 7 am. Yeah if you go to this hotel. Call and make sure there is no construction. Side note: don’t expect any views. There are none.

The room was very clean, the beach was across the street. It's a beautiful view. The only downside is that there is construction near the pool and the workers are working there until about 5pm. Can't really enjoy the pool till after they leave.

The hotel was very clean and super nice. Staff was helpful and had great customer service. My only complaint was that we could not check in early (check in time was 4pm), the earliest we could check in was 3. Other than that it was a great stay. Would stay here again.

Todo excelente.. Lo Malo es que nunca dijeron que el hotel estaba bajo construccion y no hay problema, lo Malo es que estaba Todo Al descubierto y molestaba. Demasiado ruido.

Ac was good

The Hotel is super clean, we had a pool view room which would have been fantastic but due to construction it was not much of a view and was also loud most of the day. However, the pool was clean and still open. Staff was helpful with any questions we had and there was security over night and the gate was closed at night for security as well.The room was clean with quality items such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

It's the best relaxing hotel we stayed at Rocky Point and we planned to keep staying here. It has (across the street) a very convenient restaurant bar with live music, and a sandy beach! Just 5 minutes from the Malecón and all the noisy people, if you like that stuff. Costa Elegante's cafe is under construction, but it's nothing to worry about. We enjoyed very much the rest of the hotel's amenities.

Still under renovation, but stayed in a room that was done and enjoyed the pool which was great!!

I can't say anything bad. They are in a remodel phase but did not bother us. Close to other things we were doing. Entire staff helpful and friendly. Very clean! 5 Star

We thought that the location was great and the property in construction but they were very accommodating.

Very quiet, very clean even with them under construction (addition) staff was very informative and polite. Would recommend to family and friends. This is good place to be for those not wanting the night life crowds and only a 5min drive if you do

This is a nice and very clean hotel, it's a very safe place with security personnel 24-7 I have stayed here several time and I enjoyed staying here each and every time
