All very good

I loved everything about this stay! I had my own little private pool and I absolutely loved my room. I had a little kitchen and my bed was super comfy. Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

Las habitaciones son cómodas, están elegantes tienen jacuzzi y eso es un plus enorme, hay aire acondicionado y agua caliente solo el agua no es purificada creo es de pozo porque al lavarnos los dientes se sintió extraño el sabor así como la de regadera. La alberca es tamaño perfecto. El acceso a los cuartos es por escaleras lo cual es inconveniente por los caminos de piedras,si estás en 3er piso y traes varias bolsas/maletas, si volveríamos, el precio es relativo a la calidad. Recomendable

Newly build. good maintenance. Services are prompt. Only part of it still under contraction that utilities supply aren’t stable. And no elevator at the moment.

The property is good. Located in an up and coming location. You are close to a Main Street so you can get around. The internet connection is stable in comparison to other places. I would recommend.

Amazing place!!!

This is a beautiful new property. Large and comfortable rooms. Gorgeous pool. Quiet neighborhood. Cute cafe right in the hotel garden. Walkable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Very quite surroundings

I considered that I was not going get luxury for the price point, but pictures were amazing but dishes, spotty, cigarette butts on my patio… Jacuzzi, which is the reason I got the room, did not work without hot water, dirty sink, dirty shower, it was almost like somebody was staying there

Our room was falling apart. The hot tube didn’t work. They never fixed it even after asking several times. The faucet was broken. The door handle in the bathroom came off. They didn’t clean. There was no extra toilet paper.

It was beautiful, surrounding area is still in need of development, excellent price for the most awesome surprise walking into a brand new room. Jonathan Trump was a pleasure at the front entrance. Would stay there anytime if I had the pleasure of going through there again.

Nice, clean rooms. It’s still under construction but for the price it’s not that bad. Check in was easy. Nice coffe shop on site. Close to restaurants and an oxxo. Definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.😁

The water didn't work in the room. No shower, no toilet, no sink. This was not the fault of the staff, who were kind and apologetic but totally incapable of solving the problem as they're not plumbers or construction workers. This hotel should not be listed on expedia as it's not functioning. There are no elevators, emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, or any other safety measures. The railings are loose and a person could easily fall off the balcony of the 4th floor. This place is a death trap right now. This is a massive liability. Do not book a room here. You will be very disappointed. Numerous guests experienced the same problems - the water doesn't work. None of us were offered a refund or alternative lodging elsewhere. One woman with a very small child had traveled a very long distance - I felt bad for her. Note to Expedia: Take this hotel off your website right now. This is a disgrace to your company.
