We missed out connecting flight had to arrive 2 days late. We tried to get in touch with the hotel, to ask them to reschedule. It was very difficult to connect with them due to a language barrier. They ended up charging us for the nights we couldn’t stay. While I understand they have a strict cancellation policy, we were looking for empathy and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.

The TV did not work on any channel. The WIFI didn't work, called guest services for the TV, but were not much help. The room smelled like feet and the towels were very hard. The breakfast was good and served small portions.

Restroom has mold sound the vent and ceiling.

The parking is a little inconvenient to enter considering our car had our luggage on top and the entrance height Is to short, so we had to take all of our luggage down before entering the parking but there was no space to do it because the street has no specific lane to park so traffic is passing at all times honking at you to hurry up and the. When checking out same thing had to take our car out and park in front of the hotel where there street is and get our luggage up to leave

Staff at Hilaria were welcoming and helpful. Location was in the center of the city and easily could walk to restaurants, convenience store, and to the plaza. Loved it

Great hotel to stay in

Staff was accommodating in all respects. My daughter has diet restrictions, and they were able to make changes for her. We will stay there again the next time we go to Aguascalientes. The bar and restaurant on the roof terrace were very pleasant. The hotel should advertise it more; we found out about it by accident. What a great experience.

Overall hotel is pretty. What I did not like was lukewarm shower . I was cold taking showers because the water was not warm enough. The shower head water pressure & volume were low.
