Great, helpful, friendly staff and beautiful accommodations. I would stay again and recommend with gusto.

Location

The hotel was very nice and in good location near restaurants and shopping. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Salvatore the food and beverage manager went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and provide us with good service.

The hotel is new and modern. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is pretty fantastic and the staff friendly and attentive. It is located near restaurants and a shopping center. I would stay again

I LOVED everything about Hyatt Centric San Jose Escazu. From the wonderful staff, to the restaurant and cafe. They let us check in early and gave me and my family adjoining rooms. We were treated like family. We never wanted to leave. Especially Victoria. We love you💖 Guys. Thanks for the Pura Vida treatment!

This is an awesome location walkable to food, shopping, price mart and so close to the mall and Avenida escazu. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and the room was beautiful.

This is a beautiful hotel! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We only stayed for 1 night but would highly recommend this hotel.
