Don't ever book a hotel here!! Fraudulent hotel!!!!. I swear this is the first time I've ever booked a hotel via Traveloka that I've encountered something like this!!!! Eat the money that's already been paid to you.. Where are there people who book via the Traveloka app and they say the money hasn't been paid in. Hahahaa check-in was rejected because the reason for booking via the app was that the money didn't go to them, the money only went into the Ceunah app. Heyy do you think this is the first time we've booked a hotel via Traveloka??? hahahahaa so hard laughing!! and if we still want to check in we have to pay again manually..
