I needed a place to stay unexpectedly in downtown Toronto and this is exactly what I needed, very easy to check in check out cleanliness excellent sleep

Flexible check in was greatly appreciated. Great location. Beautiful building with a killer view deom both the room and pool. Friendly and useful staff that were easy to connect with.

It was so peaceful that I slept through the night, every night there! I haven’t slept this well in years. I felt safe and secure. The apartment was pretty and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in Toronto!

My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert. We were so delighted with the accommodations. Everything was wonderful including the property and the location. Check in and out was easy, communication was great, and the view was unbelievable. Everything we needed was in the immediate area and shopping was an easily accessible by Uber. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 10/10 rating for sure!

Pros- excellent location, clean condo Cons- trying to contact host is difficult We are seniors, condo living is new to us. That being said, we were on the 35 th floor. No fire instructions should there be a fire. No land line for emergencies (not every senior has a cell phone. No complimentary tea or coffee. No welcome note or thank you for renting the condo. That being said I would probably stay in one of the hotels in the area in the future.

the experience was overall pretty decent. the check in and out process was very smooth. very smooth communication and easy access when needed clarification. most of the amenities listed where included. the starbucks right next to the building was a bonus for early morning snack and coffee runs. the area is the main factor because it's close to good food and shopping options. i was nervous because of the other review under this listening but it was overall satisfactory. areas of improvement include: when we arrived the sink was clogged which my boyfriend had to fix. additionally the water pressure in the shower is just overall unsatisfying. we also came here in the winter so coming in and out with wet shoes and no mat was kinda messy. overall i think the place could use a little bit of maintenance just for simple things due to wear and tear.

Great location great view on the CN tower minutes away from Riley’s and great access no issues with communication and with any accommodations that I needed were taken care of great stay with my family I recommend it. 10/10

Overall awesome!

My stay was excellent, everything was in walking distance even though we caught the Uber several times to go to places farther away. I felt safe because of the security of the building.

The building had a high security and the inside of the apartment was very clean and neat. Check-in was easy.

Amazing location and very good communication by the hosts. Suite was clean and well equipped. The view from our balcony was south and east so we had lake and CN Tower views which was spectacular on a cold December night. Great value for what you get in a pretty prime Toronto location.

The Madison - front street is a great choice! Location - View-Cleanliness- Communication , all top notch Indoor parking with in/out privileges' is a real bonus The host is super easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions or concerns . They even upgraded our room to a two bedroom as a nice bonus What are you waiting for ? Just Book It!

It was a great location for us attending ball games. Hosts were excellent and accommodating.

Location is amazing, customer service replied quickly to all questions, will use again.
