water seepage from the next room, the bathroom is not very clean

First time staying here. Intentionally took the most expensive room. The sheets were clean but the mattress was dusty as if it had never been vacuumed. I didn't sleep well, it felt like something was crawling on my skin, making me itchy. The blanket still had yellow island-shaped stains. The toilet seat design was very high, making it prone to slipping. Taking a morning shower, I happened to get the 4th floor, the water was incredibly small, maybe it didn't use a pressure tank (at least a booster pump). The price was only 70-100 different, so I'd rather take another one.

There is cigarette ash in the room. It's not very clean.
