Loved my stay here! Will definitely be back again!

a beautiful boutique hotel. will definitely be back. beautiful private rooms. The king suite with the terrace was amazing. Large rooms, super clean, and smells amazing!

The welcome gift if such a beautiful thoughtful surprise. The place is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing removing a star was the bad smell that came from the bathroom shower drain. We covered it after showering and it did help, but if not covered the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I really liked the location, which made walks down to Condesa and around Roma Norte super accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cibeles by Lumina. Our room was spacious & comfortable. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful and prompt in responding anytime we had any questions. We had challenges with our hot water in the shower and the concierge / support was able to resolve in within minutes. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Mexico City!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Cibeles, it was in a great area, a good grocery market near by. Staff were great attending our needs. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. We are going to stay again there one more night before we go home.

Security was not alert. Charged us for towels… just because we used them? Did not clean the second day. Stay somewhere else

Excellent 2 bedroom 1 bath hotel room. Very well decorated and cleaned daily. Friendly front desk and security guard at the front door 24 hr. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

Casa Cibeles was the perfect place for our seven night stay in Mexico City! Great location, and the 24-hour concierge was friendly and very helpful. Clean, comfortable (but firm) beds, beautiful rooftop view, air conditioned and free laundry! So glad we found this property.

Great spot within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars, place is clean and well furnished! No complaints. Staff were lovely.

No hot water in the building!!! Every day, we had to ask, where is the hot water? Weird behavior with towels. They kept want to charge us towel replacement if there was dirt on the towels. So so annoying.

Amazing place, perfectly located, staff was top tier

A great place that can also work well for longer stays, the spacious room has a full kitchen so closer to the apartment than just hotel. Very nicely designed. Clean and brand new.
