The best thing about this place is its location in the middle of the forest and its very friendly staff, especially at the Reception Desk Mr. Mahran exemplifies professionalism and hospitality. He was amazingly helpful and polite and made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel! The staff and management were so kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful and super clean. The hotel and it’s location are amazing!

I've booked for my parents (mom &dad) this newly opened hotel in the beautiful area of Ain Draham, imagine staying in a room with blocked bathroom floor sink, a flood at every shower, for elderly persons above 80 years, any fall it could be fatal for them, they called the manager and his answer : we can do anything just after showering call the house keeping to come and clean. i' really disappointed, this beautiful hotel deserves better management and service.
