The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, and the prices are affordable for those on a budget. As for the pool, the kids love the outdoor one, which offers a great view.

Beeesssttt 10/10 for this price, it's the best. First time trying to check in at an inn like this, I was hesitant at first. I came here because I had a friend who had stayed here before. No regrets at all 🫶🏼 the service is really the best, everyone is friendly. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is on. The only minus is that the TV only has 2 channels, but it's not a problem because I don't watch TV much. The hotel atmosphere is very quiet lol, because I came here on a weekday so there weren't many people staying. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go to the rooftop, next time I can repeat it 🫶🏼

If you want to stay at Rayana Resort, you have to include breakfast because the location is quite far from the supermarket.

The location is quite far from any supermarket and the restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner so during the day you have to go out to find the nearest restaurant.

When I first entered the room, the bed cover was dirty, I had to ask for a change before it was replaced. The bathroom door couldn't be closed, and there was no smart TV (only 5 channels). The room window should be repaired because it was difficult to open and close. Complete toiletries are available according to the 2-star rating. In the room, there was only a small bottle of Cleo drinking water, no coffee/tea, and no electric kettle. The electricity seems to need to be increased, as it was used for the hair dryer and it immediately went out. Breakfast was only a selection of menus served from the kitchen, not a buffet breakfast. For that price, I don't think it's worth it.

The bathroom door was a bit problematic. The food was served well, but it took quite a while, more than 15 minutes. When I was there, I had to call the crew to the 5th floor of the restaurant. It seems like the crew needs more.

Good location, but the access road needs to be repaired, the bed cover needs to be updated... The TV is not connected properly and the remote control doesn't work... So far, it's a comfortable stay there...
