The room I booked was given to someone else, then I was transferred to De Homestay which turned out to be quite noisy at night… At 1 am there were still sounds of people singing and laughing, I had already told the guard but it was still very noisy until 3 am my husband and I couldn't rest peacefully… Please the management pay more attention to this, the cleanliness of the blankets is also lacking, it seems they haven't been replaced because of the sour smell from the previous person.

the room is not soundproof, booked the room 5 days in advance and paid in full, the room was given to someone else,

The room would be OK if they make it clean. But it was untidy. Unchanged sheets and bed linen with hairs, unswept floor, dirty bathroom. Pity! It was difficult to find somebody at the reception and the guys did not speak any english, so communication was difficult.
