Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was excellent even if it was a little pricy. Highly recommend this hotel.

We reserved these rooms through Expedia. The room we choose stated it came with a "yard". The main reason why we chose it. To have coffee outside in the morning. It was more expensive than the other rooms which was ok, we expected that. When we arrived we were placed on the 1st floor. ( 0 being ground level) There was no yard access and then to top it off my husband and I were given 2 twin beds. I was told we had to "request" a king although there was no way to opt for that request when reserving. I had called the day of, informing them that "my husband" and myself would be arriving late due to the train schedule. I travel a lot. I've never had to reserve a king but always the two twins if that's what is desired. The concierge behind the desk could not help us, just kept telling us to speak to the manager in the morning. When I came down in the morning, the manager wasn't to arrive until that afternoon. The lady changed our room to fix the bed situation, (smaller room with king bed) and informed us that no rooms had access to the yard from their rooms but from the lobby only. I asked why some rooms listed a yard when some didn't when all guests had yard access. I was also not given compensation for the extra money I paid other than 1 day of free breakfast that didn't even come close to being the same amount. It is deceiving, false advertising and just unprofessional. No manager never attempted to reach out to correct the situation after the fact. I do not recommend.

Great property, near all the main attractions of Vienna. It’s a little more dated than expected and compared to the pictures but overall, we had a great stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to advices on things to do, the room was comfortable and clean, and we were in walkable distance from most of the interesting things to visit.

Well this was a 3 stars hotel not 4 stars and away from city center

Besides the great location walkable to most of the sightseeing sites, this hotel has an excellent stuff. Everybody is so professional, kind, helpful, especially at the breakfast area where they made everyone feel special in multiple languages in addition to a nice fresh food, which was the great way to start your day. The hotel is also very clean, has a nice sauna and a little exercise area, very quiet. It was recommended to me by a friend who stayed there prior, and now I would also do the same.

Professional and friendly personnel. Nice clean room. Downsides were curtains likely dusty, causing allergic reaction. There were no toothbrush kits and limited vanity kits.

Hotel is located close to main attractions in the city. Good breakfast and clean room

Good central location close to the TU Wien parking garage which is very affordable.

We have never experienced a hotel that the maid didn’t make bed. Complained to the front desk, they said they will investigate but nothing happened. We sent a message to the hotel also no response! In addition to the unmade bed, the cleaning crew never cleaned the room and bathroom floors. The carpet in the room has stains and looks disgusting. There are hooks to hang the towels and clothes in the bathroom. The hotel is centrally located.

The breakfast was ok no their best; the hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful (great support from Valentina)
