This is my second time staying here, last time I had a side sea view room, but we upgraded to the garden rooms, which still has a sea View if you are out on your terrace. The terraces were lovely just to relax and chill on. As always, food is exceptional with one of the best breakfasts that you will get in a hotel. Hope the little room brought across into the town. Two euros and it runs until 10 pm. We went to Ugjlan for a couple of nights, the ferry is from the old town. It’s €4 in the island is lovely quiet and beautiful. A great trip and we will return again

Very new with parking The hotel is lovely. The breakfast excellent. Our room was large with a balcony, an upgrade apparently but it didn’t have the sea view we booked. Since we were only there one night in the rain we weren’t able to use the balcony. Also we had booked dinner in one of the restaurants but the day before we received an email saying the restaurant was closed for a private event. Sadly neither the other restaurant nor the bar were suitable for our requirements. So some annoying things. It is quite a way to the old town but it is an easy walk.

Excellent quality breakfast. Nice setting and very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Room was spotless and well designed but my reservation was for sea view and they gave us partial view. We asked for a high floor but wasn’t available. No upgrade was offered. The room phone was useless since nobody ever responded. Receptionists were friendly and helpful but need to improve their communication

This is an amazing hotel. Luka at the registration desk was so helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities. The attached garage was also very convenient.

The hotel was really lovely in a nice location. The breakfast was particularly excellent. It was possible to park a few metres walk away from the hotel if you prefer not to park in the hotels covered car park. The spa facilities and swimming pool was lovely. Staff were also super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is gorgeous and we loved our room and the pool was warm and lovely. It was difficult to get servied at the pool so we ended up just doing it ourselves. We ordered room service for dinner one night and the food was less than average which is surprising for a hotel of this calibre. We had some great meals in the old town of Zadar which was an easy walk away.

Lovely stay. Food was delicious. Would recommend adding signs to get to the gym. It was a mystery to find.

Beautiful new hotel. Lots of food options. The team still working out a few links at the restaurants, but overall, top notch and they will get there. Just opened 2 months ago..

Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait

Central location with modern amenities, beautiful restaurant for dining.

New hotel built with high quality materials. Staff exceptionally helpful in particular Dora and her colleagues on reception. Food options equally impressive, newly opened Spa area immaculate.

Only a short stay this time but staff superbly friendly and helpful. Building excellent.

Perfect. From check in ( Josef) to check out everything was perfect The location is a 10 minutes walk away from the old town or outside the hotel You get on the little rowing boat for €2 and the gentlemem rows you across in five minutes or less, it’s fun! The breakfast was exceptional and was almost on a par with a breakfast that we had in one of Richard Branson‘s hotels. All the different kinds of milk, freshly squeezed fruit shots, yoghurts, hot food, bread pastries and an egg station. The staff within the restaurants are super helpful and really attentive without being overbearing. We still on the fifth floor and we had a view over the pool and the sea The room on the hotel we’re at the perfect temperature for air-conditioning which was lovely, it is all immaculately clean and we even use the gym a couple of times which is functional. The indoor spa is amazing again very clean and very helpful staff. The pool is lovely and clean and comfortable beds, We ate in the restaurants they were both lovely. Zadar itself was very reasonably priced, and we got on the ferry a couple of times across to the islands and you can eat and drink very reasonably in nice restaurants / and the staff are always willing to give you recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody who is staying in Zadar,
