Great location, close to everything

when it was almost half the price of comparable locations and amenities I wondered what the catch would be, but really there was none. good sized rooms with lots of storage and a kitchenette. super walkable to the village and easy parking. will definitely look to this hotel first when travelling to Whistler in the future.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel!

Parking using an app which I didn’t have was frustrating & not easy. Would rather have it added to My account. Also bathrooms should have safety Beth mays or bars in tub areas otherwise nice pace & staff. Thx

Really enjoyed our clean and comfortable suite. Staff were wonderful, price was good. Enjoyed the surrounding area/neighbourhood

Positive: Great Pool.Great location. Great Staff. Negative: TV did not work properly. No stove, oven, only burner plate which only worked on low heat.

Amazing location and property

Quite dated and a model of no service on site, did not get room cleaning, no one at help desk and nowhere to call to get help when needed (didn't get coffee refills, etc)

Bed was very comfortable and the room had a washed and dryer which was extremely convenient. The place is a little old but very clean

Love the cascade! Quiet and clean but extremely close to all the action!

The bed was broken. It was great to have two hot tubs. The parking was a reasonable rate.

One elevator out of service entire by stay. Other one wasn’t working correctly. Stopping at every floor and stopping at floors not selected. I feel like this should have be addressed within the 5 day stay I was there. Disappointed in this, you guys should have done better

Clean

Airbnb style with overarching property management. Overall it was a great stay especially for the price. However, there was slight flooding on the bathroom floor, I don't know if it was from the toilet or from the shower curtain dripping.

Late check in time, early check out time, no breakfast and you have to pay to park. Should all be included in the stay. We won’t be back for what we paid.

Very nice location. Close to everything. Nice scenery from the room as well. Would definitely return.
