The location is very convenient, right in the Western Quarter, just across the street from the beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I have to deduct one star because the bed sheets were dirty; both times I checked in, I found stains on the sheets (even though I had messaged the reception beforehand to ask them to change the sheets because I have sensitive skin and easily get itchy). I suspect the hotel didn't change the sheets but just straightened them out, because these stains would definitely come out if they were washed. I think if the hotel does well in other areas, they should also manage the bed sheet changing process properly to ensure cleanliness.
